First i d like to say mike the sales rep is ok. However Do not buy anything from this store, you can not return it, the owner (tom) is a rude person to deal with. I m currently buying a adjustable bed because I couldn’t cancel or return it even though haven t even received it or made a payment, this man would not cancel the order even though I had just ordered it just days a go. As soon as mentioned (return) he became angry and an #$%$ about the situation, I was laughed at by this this jerk of a person, he had this sh#$y smirk on his face and said he didn’t. I even said I’d pay a restock fee. But no I had bought a bed now I going to get one. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I am not slandering this business, this is the truth. I may even protest in front of this store. The sale reps are nice but the owner is a bad man. Greed. ¹²⁄₁₇ 13
