My boyfriend and I love this place. They have really good food and the servers are all very polite. I also like how they give you chips and salsa as an appetizer as soon as you sit down. I definitely recommend.

Here’s the thing: This place has GREAT food, AND they deliver, AND they’re open on Sunday’s, which is Bradford is kind of unheard of. But we’ve had trouble getting them to deliver in the past because they were busy at the restaurant, and when we have gotten a delivery, it just didn’t travel well. The Styrofoam causes a lot of extra moisture to collect on the food, and our nachos were inedible. Bottom line, go for good food. But call somewhere else for delivery.

We tried to call for delivery, like they advertise to have, on a Sunday night(because nothing else is open in Bradford) and the person on the other end said that they«didn’t feel like doing delivery because they were busy». I guess we’ll support Pizza Hut instead of something local from now on. Very disappointing…

There appears to be some good food options in Bradford, but we were very happy with coming here for dinner. The prices were very reasonable, and I wanted to compare it to my favorite Mexican restaurant in Chicago, as that is my benchmark. This place has become a reason to come back to Bradford,(aside from the great scenery). I tried the first steak in the menu, as suggested by the server, and was very happy with that choice. Coming back just means getting to try more! We also tried the carnitas, and that did not disappoint. I hope when we do get to come back, nothing changes!

La Mixteca is just as good as Olean’s El Mariachi(owned by the same). Chips and fresh salsa come before each meal and the wait staff is very friendly. Their Burrito Rolando is to die for. Loaded with steak, chicken, beans and french fries topped with a trio of sauces(cheese, red and verde). They seem to have a larger selection of fish dishes than Olean. A nice option on Friday nights for something different. Have been to the Bradford location five times now and have NEVER had a bad meal or service. Olean’s is a bit more cozier where as Bradford’s is more open in the dining room. As for those who say it’s not authentic, I disagree. Living in San Diego for 8 years, this is as good as the west coast restaurants.

Went in for lunch the other day with a group of co-workers… not too bad, I guess, for Bradford. The Chips and Salsa were a nice touch, and they made sure that the whole table had some. The menu has a wide range of options… this might be good, and this might be bad. From the way things looked when they were brought out to everyone… it all looked the same. I got the Burrito Tapatio — came with rice and two big jalapeño peppers, and I was a bit disappointed. The Burrito was dry — I had to smother hot sauce on it to give it any taste, and the jalapeño peppers had no spice to them at all — they were more sweet than hot. I mean, for a small town, they are a good place to go for what seems to be some fairly authentic food, but coming from San Francisco where authentic food runs rampant on the streets — this place wouldn’t even hold a candle to those places out there. I think if they reduced their menu to more choice items and perfected the basics first, this could be a great place. For now, it’s good, but I think they can do a lot better if they didn’t try to «americanize» their menu so much.

This place is owned by the same gentleman who owns El Mariachi in Olean. Expect the same things — complimentary chips and salsa(whether you eat in or take out), usually fast service(a few speed bumps when first opening are expected) and absolutely amazing Mexican food at a great price. I feel like I should mention it’s not exactly authentic or traditional but it tastes so good you don’t care.
