Quick service and very professional. Needed to go in after phone representative disconnected services (movie channels) after saying we would get included for renewing service. After realizing all channels were messed up called 800 again — 2 hours! Later the person stated needed to have service person come to house. 2 days later service man comes states nothing he can do (we know that). It wasn’t a issues with box it was on the other end. Was told to try to go store. Problem fixed less than 10 mins!!!
