Dont waste your time like they wasted mine.
I called and set up an appointment on a thursday for services needed that friday and only that friday because someone was moving in that saturday. The house needed to be cleaned asap. We agreed on $ 35 per hour and agreed on 4 hours (2 cleaning ladies, 2 hours a piece), which I felt was a rip off, but it needed to be done. They assured me the girls would arrive on scene at 8:30am friday morning. The ladies were late and I had to work, so we left leaving a note in the kitchen of things we would be returning to pick up later that day, and the garage door open for access.
We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. 2 of the bedrooms were never occupied so they didnt need to be cleaned. The spare bathroom I had cleaned from top to bottom myself, as well as the kitchen. Every counter top, every appliance. I even went so far as to clean every window, window sill and blinds.
Remaining to be cleaned was the garage, which was empty, the master bath and master bedroom, also empty, and the tile floors in the livingroom. I recieved a phone call from belinda telling me that her girls called her, quoting much more than 4 hours… 8 – 10, to be exact (for what, I will never understand). I couldnt afford such a price in such short notice, so I asked for her girls to do what they could in the 4 hours we agreed on and whatever was left, I would return and clean myself.
Belinda rejected me. She told me «im going to pass». How could you pass on services you are specifically in business for? She then told me that she doesnt want me to give bad word of mouth, and that is why she refused service.
If anything, I wouldve left a great review for her working with me in such a desperate time of need, and my budget, but instead… by rejecting me, she gets exactly what she was hoping to avoid. a bad review.
She left me high and dry, and for that I will never recommend her company. Thats just bad business.
