The Sanctuary Apartments

Don’t let the website fool you, it’s not a resort. I’ve been living here for almost a year now. While I can imagine worse, this place is a little ghetto.
The two biggest problems are noise and security. Whether it’s 3pm or 3am, seems every inconsiderate ass. hole in the county is either driving by with their loud shltty music or some punk kid is walking by your bedroom window with his phone blasting music or speaker phoning their other moron friend.
Which leads to the second issue. Security. There is none. The main gates almost never work and in the summer you have every sweaty lil gangsta wanna-​be hopping the fence or just walking right in to use our pool. This pisses me off considering my «pool pass» was part of my PAID lease. So unless I want to get the police involved, I can’t have guests over to go in the pool.
Oh, but don’t worry… management sees fit to send in a tow truck every night to tow unsuspecting legitimate guests and new residents who hadn’t got their passes in their cars yet. Yes, it happened to us. $ 216 to get our car back!
*UPDATE*
Apparently there’s 24 hr security now but when I called their line I was told none of the guards was available because they were out of town! Seriously? And for some reason they cut down all the beautiful trees that gave shade and cut down on our A/​C cost. *golf clap* Sanctuary… good job. Don’t put that money into fixing the rotting steps, busted gate or broken fences or nothin!
