I would not recommend this business at all. I don’t think they’ve ever heard of the words or know the meaning of customer service. And looking at the other reviews on here I see I’m not the only one. The only thing I can say they did right was show up with the flowers(eventually), and they weren’t on fire. I wanted to send my mother a nice get well bouquet after her surgery. $ 68.00 later and a day after they were supposed to be there. They finally arrived 8:30 at night. My parents recieved the flowers with a generous serving of attitude with it. This shop made no attempt at apologizing for failing to hold up their end of the business agreement or to my parents for showing up so late. A phone call to explain to your customers why the floral arrangement is held up or perhaps PERHAPS a refund for the delivery service you completely failed on. Nope. I was lucky we got anything at all. I didn’t raise my voice on the phone. But be assured this review will be everywhere this business is mentioned. Never again.

I meant to leave this review several months ago after my overwhelmingly negative experience. I was recently reminded of it when picking out a present for my mother, for whom I had ordered birthday flowers back in September. What was meant to be a nice gesture turned into an unpleasant debacle thanks to this vendor. I ordered a $ 65 bouquet, upgraded to the large, fuller option, and described as: «Roses, hydrangea and alstroemeria collaborate perfectly to create the beautiful look, accented by a charming green swirl vase.» It looked lovely and full in the picture, and I was particularly pleased with the color scheme and green vase, as it’s my mother’s favorite color. What she received was a sparse-looking bouquet someone could have picked up at the grocery store for $ 20 with other flowers/colors jammed in and a plain ol’ clear vase. I called the store soon after to express my concerns. Let me say that I am not one to complain aggressively and having spent many years in customer service, I am ALWAYS willing to work with if not outright forgive a vendor if they show some willingness to hear me out or make amends. In other words, I’m more interested in sincere service than a freebie and I will always choose one over the other. The woman who answered was far from sincere. Or pleasant. Or cooperative. It was immediately apparent that she could not care less. Indeed, she was irritated from the get go. When I quite politely explained why I was calling, there was a prolonged, uncomfortable silence in response. I said, «Hello?» and she snapped back«I“m GOING to the COMPUTER.» Not an «I’m sorry to hear that. Just a moment while I pull your order up…» or anything of the sort. It was a troubled note to start on and I should have known it would get worse from there. To make a long story short, she instructed me to text her a picture of the bouquet. Okay, that’s weird… but I did it. What was her response? A text telling me that I was«taking photo from back instead of front.» …What? That was a new one to me. Aside from the fact that the bouquet was equally sparse from every direction, I had never heard of circular, vase-arranged bouquets that had a «front» or «back» side to them. I told her I would appreciate a phone call to discuss. She didn’t call. So I called her later. Again, to make a long story shorter, it was an absurd phone call full of her making excuses, accusations, screaming about her being a «small business» and otherwise being remarkably unprofessional. I mean, I really cannot express how awful it was. I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience before with any vendor. I told her that being a small business owner did not preclude her from acting like a civil human being. After a little more shrillness on her part, she told me she was too busy to talk. I asked her to call me back at her convenience. She never called back. At the end of the day, I wish I had checked these reviews. It was money down the toilet and a frustrating experience to boot. The one star reviews on here aren’t a fluke or any grand conspiracy against this woman’s service or product. They’re the simple truth.

As I live across the country from my mother, I wanted to do something nice for her, so I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day. I placed my order online on Tuesday(for Sunday delivery). I paid $ 60 for the upgraded Sunlit Blooms, which the website lists as consisting of yellow roses, light pink Peruvian lilies, white mini carnations, and white daisies. Then, I paid an additional $ 15 service fee for the delivery. Well… the flowers arrived at 7:30pm on Sunday, and the blooms did not contain any lilies and pink carnations instead of white ones. The bouquet was also the small and likely not the upgraded size I ordered. I called the shop owner and said«I think I received the wrong bouquet». To which she replied«Well, that is entirely possible… if you placed your order yesterday.» I told her that I placed my order on Tuesday and the bouquet did not contain any lilies and the wrong color carnations. The flowers arrived extremely late.” She then replied«well, we ran out of lilies»… So why didn’t you call me?! I asked. Her reply” I had over a hundred orders,. I can’t call everyone… You are making a big deal out of nothing” … ANDTHENSHEHUNGUPONME. Additionally, my mother told me that the water in the vase was warm, likely because the florist had been driving around all day attempting to make deliveries. The woman also told my mother that she attempted delivery twice that day, buy did not have her telephone number… It was clearly on the order, in my delivery instructions, and on the card that came with the flowers! I am going to work with my credit card company to get a refund.

Placed an order on line. Photo on line was modern and current unlike the item that was prepared. If you love baby’s breath then you would have been very happy, because this arrangement had an overload of it. When questioned the owner pulled the item up on her website and said oh, well what I made is better than that. But what she made wasn’t what we ordered. If you’re looking for current arrangements and friendly staff avoid this florist.

What a nightmare! Ordered a potted plant to be delivered to my mother on 3÷30÷15. Was charged $ 59.62…aked if they could email me a receipt, since the web page indicated the plant was $ 39 and delivery was free. Never received an invoice or delivery confirmation. The plant was delivered at 7:45 that evening. It was a 5 inch tall plant in a plastic container that had a price sticker(like from the dollar store) of $ 3.99. I called and said I was terribly unhappy, she assured me that this was an error and a new plant would be sent out to my mothers. Today is 4÷2÷15, will not return my phone calls, so I went to their store. Told her I wanted my money back… she said she was taking a new potted plant to my mother today… I said just cancel it and refund my money… she said I can’t, I have already paid for this new plant, so you have to pay for it! WHAT??? It’s a potted plant, sell it to someone else! She refuses to give me a refund! So my suggestion is to stay far away from this florist! They failed on every count!
