Owner is an irresponsible liar. I paid him $ 300 to seal my tile grout. We had him do this on the day we were closing on our house before any furniture was moved in. He claims the job was done, but the tile is still completely porous and liquid soaks right in. This service also came with a 5 year warranty — which is completely useless because no one ever answers the phone or returns your messages. The few times I was able to reach him, he had an excuse for everything — «software malfunction», «power outage», «truck broke down», «appointment double booked». Pathetic and laughable.
After dozens of calls, and FIVE NO-​SHOW appointments I demanded my money back, the owner Rich Riccobonno finally agreed to refund me. Foolish me actually expected to see this money again… It’s now been 3 months since he agreed to pay me back and I have yet to see a check. He gave me the runaround for 6 months until I gave up. He has no regard for his customers and lied to my face multiple times regarding the service that was «provided».
Also, I’ve tried to stop into his office and both addresses I found online do not belong to this company. There is no storefront so good luck tracking anyone down.

I contacted Rich, the owner regarding one of his specials. He came to my house to clean my tiles and grout. The dirtiest tile in the high traffic areas now look worse than before. His cleaning solution that he sprays on the floor got on his shoes and because he wants to get out so quickly, he didn’t give the machine enough time to clean the tile appropriately and he left his shoe prints all over the floor that I cannot get out. Because he is so careless and sloppy, he got his cleaning solution all over my new stainless steel appliances and stained them and I’m having a hell of a time getting it out. And it isn’t just a couple of spots. He said he would come back and take care of it all but I told him I’d have to call him back to schedule a time. He then wouldn’t call me back after multiple messages. This guy is no good as far as I’m concerned and has no accountability. He’s in it for the money and has no concern whatsoever about the job or the customer.

They did my 4,000 square foot home a few years ago and again today. They sent people I could trust that were screened and that is really important in service work at a home. I am a successful author so it does matter who comes into my home. They also had state of the art equipment and their price was really fair, a few hundred. YES, they try to upsell Dupont products but there is no real pressure about it.
They were fast and took care about my furniture and courteous, prompt and what I look for in support help.

We found Supreme through a referral from a friend and called them up.
Brian was very professional and the work was top notch. Highly recommended.
I’m not sure why this business has negative reviews? We were thrilled with the carpet cleaning they did on our kids bedrooms.

WE hired them to clean and replace some tiles well they made a total mess the grout on the tiles they replaced came out and one of tiles is lower than others and has hollow sound, trying to get them to fix their mistake we made 3 appointments for them to fix what they messed up they never showed up finally the 4^th time my husband told rich the owner we were going to court well they came back but when grout dried we still have the same probleum so they ruined our kitchen floor we paid them a tptal of$ 530.40, so I would say don’t let them in your house EVER!!!

This company came to my home to clean my carpets. when they left, the carpets were soaking wet. I have had my carpets cleaned before from other companies, and I have never had my carpets so wet before. I was told that they would dry within 4 to 6 hours. 2 days later my still wet carpets started to smell awful. They came back and put down a «deodorizer» which only lasted about an hour. The musky odor came back stronger, since the «deodorizer» made the carpets wetter. I spoke with RIch, the owner of the company the following day, and he said they would come back to fix the problem. I have no heard from them since. No one ever showed up at my house, and my messages are going left unanswered. This company has an F rating with the BBB, which I wish I would have looked earlier. I am now worried about mold/​mildew being a problem. If need be I will be taking this company to court for a full refund and any cost that I may incur for a mold/​mildew problem, if one exists. I would highly recommend that anyone looking into this company, RUN. Call Stanley Steamer. They might be more expensive, but trust me when I tell you that you DO NOT want to use this company. You get what you pay for!!! Supreme Carpet Care and Restoration is a complete rip off, and they will not fix any problems that you may have!!!
