Starbucks

Very bubbly person taking orders in drive thru, was kind of nice. Drive thru moved fairly well. They made me feel they appreciated me coming in. Only small negative is as in most Starbucks the drive thru line blocks people trying to get out.

None of the staff smiled or were nice. Kept us waiting. Messed up our order and then when we said we’d take them, they took them back from us and made us wait longer.

Its nice to know that Starbucks across the US is consistent with screwing up the simplest order, and provides the rudest service. I walked in with my family from out of town to order a few coffees. There was no one in line inside, every single employee was frowning, and unfriendly. I ordered 4 tall iced vanilla coffees with cream, and she handed me 4 tall hot coffees with no cream. My father said didn’t you ask for iced and with cream, I said yes. Then said it is fine, and reached my hand to grab them. The barista pulled them away and threw them in the trash. She did make the correct drink after that, but she sighed and rolled her eyes. I will never go to another Starbucks again.

My wife and I have been Starbucks Gold members since the program began. She makes a coffee cake that calls for 10 shots of espresso. We have always drunk enough Starbucks that with a free drink every 3 to 4 weeks she can make it a couple of times a month. We have never ever in all the time we’ve been members run into this issue. That would include Starbucks overseas, Starbucks California, Starbucks New York, Starbucks Tennessee, Starbucks Mississippi, Starbucks Seattle. Apparently the district manager of this Starbucks has decided to limit, not just the amount of drink you can order, like today we were told you cannot order 10 shots on a free drink, but also the quality of what you get. For instance you cannot add shots to a free drink. I did speak with Starbucks corporate and they said it was now up to the individual stores. We’ve been watching Starbucks go down for some time now. The store that originally advertised itself as «your friendly local neighborhood store», which it never really was to be truthful, and that wanted your local Starbucks to also become your local hangout, has now decided to be corporate without taking any responsibility for its stores as a corporation. This experience, on top of watching sugar and more sugar pushed on the customers and watching the ecological issues go down the drain here, and watching the demoralization of our regular Starbucks crew as money and hours are cut back in favor of satisfying stockholders, has convinced us now to stop using Starbucks. We are on our way to purchase an espresso machine of our own!

I know there are a lot of Starbucks around sarasota and bradenton now. This one has some of the nicest baristas by far. I come here all the time on my way home from work, so I always do the drive thru. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The drinks are always made great and the service is speedy. I have been here to stay for awhile as well and the inside is always clean and cozy. The only thing that wouldn’t be 5 stars is sometime they have the delivery truck parked on the side and it makes it a little cramped getting out of the drive thru. The outside has plenty of seating.

I always get my go to drink when away from our local store, an iced mocha coconut milk no whip. They did not disappoint. I know there are people out there who are not a fan of Starbucks but out of all the cafés that I have tried Starbucks is my favorite.

A great little Starbucks in the heart of Bradenton. Parking lot is a bit cramped but the coffee and service makes up for it. A great way to start the day!

Iced coffee was definitely NOT up to par! I’m from Providence/​Boston. I would consider myself a coffee snob. I know coffee, and it was not good.

I bought my verismo machine on dec.26 one for me in the morning. I came back later and bought one for my boss as a Christmas gift .Well the young girl in the drive thru gave me one that didn’t work. Turns out she grab an old one that was a display fill with dust and had the smell of mold. It was loud and old looking, It had definitely been used .I went to Starbucks today to return the verismo machine. I called and spoke to the manager. His name was Kyle I think. He was very nice and helpful. He exchanged the machine for me with no hassle at all. He did test it out and said it did have a funk smell. I will forever be a Starbucks girl. They have my business by standing by their products.

I really love coming to this place. Drive-​thru is always fast and accurate and patient with you while ordering. Never had any problems since they opened the place. I recommend this place to my friends.

It’s Starbucks folks! Do you really need to read a review? I like their coffee for when I feel like something a bit stronger. But if there was a Coffee Bean next door I would pass.

Always makes my drinks just right. Awesome locale especially right before I head out of town (mostly to Tampa) and needing a nice hot drink to keep me awake for the long drive!

This Starbucks is the reason I’m willing to pay a little extra for quick and more importantly excellent customer service!

Great Starbucks right next to the hospital — service is excellent and product is usual Starbucks quality. Lots of outdoor seating for smokers and good comfortable seating inside.

Friendly staff. Love love the pumpkin spice latte and caramel latte. Yum! Its very busy on monday mornings.

Great coffee, friendly staff! They give me my bold coffee fix!
