This place was cool. Lots of interesting things littered all over the place. My wife came across some art that they had and was very tempted to get while there. I am glad we did not as we looked up the artist online and he was selling the same sized prints at a much much lower price than what this store was offering. It was fun to look around and get out of the heat for a bit.

Very cool store with lots of cool items. Some items were priced ok but most of it was quite over priced. I became rather obsessed with some mermaid art they had, all prints were $ 50. I looked up the artist to find him selling the same prints, some even bigger sizes but for $ 20 or less! Cool place to look and walk around though! Been around for nearly 17 years!

The Sea Hagg is SEE worthy. However, you might want to re-think a purchase since everything costs a pirate’s ransom. From a single tiny shell to a worn-out, old, Styrofoam, crab-trap marker, things here are outrageously expensive – possible cause for a mutiny.

Cool place to look but DON’T BUY anything! I bought a mermaid shelf for 119.99 and saw the same exact one an hour later at the Pearled Nautilus, a store at The Red Barn Flea market just down the road for 48.00!!! I called the Sea Hagg and they SAIDNORETURN/EXCHANGE. I asked if the owner could make an exception and left my number… of course no call back. I am the president of a condo association and believe me I am spreading the word! That will definitely by my final sale!!!

Very cool place to visit! Spent an hour here just looking around… Don’t forget to look up… Amazing stuff everywhere! Super fun photo opportunity too! Not super kid friendly… But if your kids are well behaved… You shouldn’t have any problems! You may even find a treasure or two! We saw this place on ‘Florida on a tankful’ on channel 13 news in orlando… And it was worth it!!!

All i want to say — is what a rip off this place is — over priced doesn’t even cover it — we could buy the same stuff on «expensive» Anna maria island for a third of the price — yes seriously = one third — I am totally blazing at myself for being sucked in to buy their stuff at over the top prices — fellow tourists BEWARE

One of the most outstanding collections of nautical antiques & collectibles I’ve ever seen! Nautical Art that is very desirable, they even carry some of Ralph Douglas Jones World famous fish subcultures. the have a large assortment of authentic booies, fishing poles, brass port holes. I will spend a hour just checking it out!

More a museum than an antique store, this place is worth a tour on your beach vacay. Collection of mermaid things, large outdoor baubles along walking paths, fountains, large boat skippered by a wooden skipper, giant skeleton head rock, lots of sea«stuff». I found them horribly overpriced but the look-sea window shopping was fabulous. This place works at being a «monstrosity» and achieves the goal – just a hop over the bridge off of Anna Maria Island.
