Publix Super Markets

I go out of my way to go to this particular Publix because the customer service is so good!

This review is for the deli at Publix. I would give them 0 stars if possible. No matter when you go or whether there is no one in line at the deli or the sandwich station, you can guarantee to be there for at least 20 minutes. What is even more frustrating is seeing 5 people standing around doing nothing behind the counter, while you wait in line. Advice: order whatever you want online way in advance!

I have never had an experience at this Publix that was anything short of flawless. My family and I attend this Publix at least once a day. They are extremely personal and welcoming to us and every other customer I have ever seen. In fact, we frequent this Publix so often that they created a name tag for my dad. The staff is top-​notch; along with the deals, the selection, and the quotidian availability. I sometimes go out of my way to attend this specific Publix.
On my last visit, I personally met one of the employees, Todd, and he helped me find everything I needed. The qtips are very difficult to find and Todd went out of his way to explain why they are where they are, and took me directly to them. In addition, they did not have an ethnic food item I was looking for, falafel, but offered to order it for me. This kind of service is beyond anyone’s job description. Hats off to this Publix and its employees! :)

who enjoys grocery shopping? I do! especially this location. always clean and the staff smiles & asks what you need. Even the butcher helped one day explaining the cuts of meat and better option for grilling. don’t forget to grab your coupons when you walk in. Oh yeah, they have FREE wifi!

Not a bad word to be said about this Publix. It’s always clean and service is always friendly with a great selection of everything… clearly our «second home».
