The work stations are still not up to date with a backlog from everything as Firefox Microsoft word. The time seems to pass quickly as you figure out you can’t update because of the missing updates. Yes the tall guy who is clueless always acts as though he doesn’t know about the missing updates and when in a hurry and at 20.00 hour it pisses me off. Stay away between the hours of 3 and 5. The hanging signs above the counters don’t match to what really goes on at thAt time. People want to drop the package and go but there is always those few clueless guests that can’t decide between selecting one day or 2 day delivery… please. The store is clean, work stations good except never a pair of sissors to be found ! Good luck. (I owned a fedex store in St Armand’s Sarasota) so I feel I know what I talking about.
