Climate Design

All I will say is this, if Climate Design shows up at your address then get another estimate before they do any work. I found they failed to properly maintain my AC system which ws under a service agreement with them. I have a UV light installed by them that was not properly shielded and it fired another piece of equipmnent which then I had to replace. When they left her they had left the cover off the main brain for that piece of equipment and it would have had to be replaced had another company found the problem. Climate design had replaced the same motor twice. I also found that the outside unit was absolutely filthy inside the cabinet and appeared as if it had never been cleaned out. They attempted to sell me a new machine telling me mine should be replaced due to failing efficiency. I found no decline in efficiency and neither did another company that I brought in in order to get a second oppinion. I don’t even want their crew stepping foot on my property. Again, my opinion. YOU should get a 2^nd opinion and maybe a 3^rd opinion before letting them work on your equipment. But, I think when it comes to an AC system it is always a good idea to g4et a second opinion before you shell out several thousand dollars when you may not need to do so at all. Always be non-​trusting.
