Carpet Depot

I am pleased starting from the great customer service to the time spent time going over everything from carpet samples to warranties. I am highly pleased! Felt like I was part of the family!!! There were No high pressure sales. Install went smoothly and by the way the carpet looks I can tell they have top notch installers!!!

Although Bud Hurter seems like a good guy, this was a pretty typical, the nice guy gives the estimate and then the Unsupervised independent contractors come in and spoil the good feeling. I was living in CA, and hired carpet depot to tile and wood floor the house I bought here while we sold our CA house. Unfortunately the people working in my house took shortcuts, cut wood and tile inside the house and left a sheen of dust on EVERYTHING, used my bathrooms and left them dirty, I am still finding issues, a piece of quarter round in a bedroom, laid against a wall neither glued or nailed in. Raised tiles in the living room, a threshold cut incorrectly but laid in anyway with a visible space. There was a door tile to wood transition which was two entirely different woods put on the threshold to the master bedroom. They did fix this after I called and waited over two weeks. The people doing the work were just not professional. Had I known this I would have used someone else.
