I had a negative experience working with several of the sales staff, including Mike. Phone calls were not returned, and excuses were given for why they never followed-​up (lost your phone number, wrote down wrong email address) or missed scheduled appointments. There are plenty of other companies that value customer survive and don’t play passive/​aggressive games when dealing with clients. I would highly suggest other carpet vendors in Bradenton rather than deal with this sophomoric group.
