Aspen Dental

I’ve never had a problem with Aspen Dental until this last appointment. The dentist was very rude. I had to miss a appt. Due to a death in the family. Called ahead of time reschedule for when we got back for new york. Why we were gone the tooth that was scheduled for a crown broke and now needed to be to removed. The doctor was very unsympathetic and told me if i wanted all my teeth removed instead of coming to my appointments for me just to go to the health department. I have the extraction schedule for that day Dr said he didn’t have enough time to do it. When that’s what my appointment was for was for the extraction they should have called me and told me they didn’t have enough time to do it that day. If this happens at my next appointment i will not being going back. Ive never had a experience with them in the past few years I’ve been going there. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

This dentist is the worst. The staff was very nice but when i went for my appointment that i made a week before i was not seen until an hour after it. Then once i was brought back there i spent an hour and a half in the chair just waiting to be seen. Finally the dentist came and did a hasty look over of my teeth, tried selling me whitening products, then disappeared before i could ask any questions.
I was then sent to the billing office where we discussed a payment plan for a 2500 $ bill!!!
My insurance paied for 2,000 but i was expected to pay the rest if i wanted to get my cavities filled.
They would not allow me to have the remineralizing toothpaste that the dr perscribe me until i started making payments.
I asked if i could pay for the toothpaste only then apply for a credit check to qualify for the payment plan?
They said no and sent me off promising to send me something in the mail to let me know if i qualify for the payment plan.
2 months later i finally recieved a letter from them stating that i did not qualify for the plan and if i wanted to recieve care for the multiple fillings i needed then i would have to pay out of pocket. Unbelievable!
These people just want yourr money, stay away!!!
