I inadvertently locked myself out of my house. My cell phone, all keys etc were in the house.
Byron arrived within 30 minutes. Since I wanted to have my locks changed anyway, at my request he not only changed my locks but of offered me several ways to update my security.

Bryan installed 6 patio door double bolt locks for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! He came out promptly, performed the work quickly and efficiently, and even included a couple of smaller jobs at no extra charge. I am very pleased with Brian from Access Lock & Security. He has been so helpful and patient with setting up my business security system and re-​keying my front door lock. He also came in to set up these things while my shop was closed so it did not disrupt any of my clients. If you want the job done right by and honest person then this is your place!

I would give zero stars if that was possible. The tech provided the worst customer service I have ever received. After getting the price and wait time from the dispatcher, the tech arrived over 40 mins after I was told he would be there. He opened the door, then told me it was going to not only be more than I was told, but that there was also a credit card fee. I told the dispatcher that I would be using a credit card and there was no mention of a fee. When I questioned the tech and explained what I had been told over the phone, he relocked the door, shut it, and walked away with a have a nice day type comment. If it had been just me, that would have been one thing, but I was waiting all this time with a two year old and a 10 week old in chilly weather. I could not believe he behaved in such a reprehensible way. When my husband called to explain what had happened, he was given the runaround and told that they would file a claim, but they had to get the techs’ side of the story and that essentially nothing was going to happen. I would strongly urge anyone to use a different locksmith.
