ABC Fine Wine & Spirits

Why one star? Because their customer service sucks!
We recently wanted to go to ABC to find some of the coconut rum from siesta key distilling. We called the store and we’re told they had 2 bottles in stock and that it was one per person. This worked out well as I was hoping to try some and so was my father. We loaded up and drove 20 minutes to the store where we could not find the rum on the shelf. I asked the guy behind the counter and he had to walk over to what I assume was the manager in the booth to get them. I told him we would take both of them and that is when the manager told us we could not have both of them. I asked why and he stated because it is 1 per person per group. I told him that is not what he just told me on the phone and that we were there because we wanted to buy both bottles. He said we couldn’t have them. I have never seen somebody turn down a paying customer like that on top of them telling the customer something completely different on the phone. We walked out with one bottle pretty upset with our interaction with the manager. We won’t return and I would suggest shopping elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars I would.
