Tried to call Amerovent to clean my dryer vent, tried for over two hours and each time the line was busy. One would think they’d have it transfer to voicemail or answering service but it didn’t. Ended up calling Dryer Vent Wizard. Although I gave one star, it could be worthy of higher if they actually were available, I can’t recommend any business that has a major communication problem.

The owner is a very friendly gentleman named Tony. He has cleaned our dryer vents twice now. He was respectful and quick all whilst being precise and thorough with the job. While I feel they are a little overpriced for the service they offer, I certainly don’t mind supporting local businesses.
