Working Service Dog

I just read their policy that they will not refund any purchase. The vest I ordered did not fit so I would like my money back. An email did not elicit a response. Any company that does not stand behind their product, in my opinion, is not reputable. Customer satisfaction should be of utmost importance but it seems this company only wants to make money. Once the product is out the door, too bad for us. I will never come back to them and since I belong to many service dog groups, both on Facebook and tweeter, this company hopefully will not receive orders from them. There is another company that AKC provides a link. I should have used that company.

Don’t ever order items from this business. Customer service basically just stating policies and wasn’t helpful with solutions. Kyle said «Policy is their solution and asking to speak with supervisor will not change that» and she disconnected me (via online chat support) What an attitude! It’s my first time and I am on tight budget. Unfortunately, I spent over 100 dollars and this is what I get! They are not in it for a right reason so don’t bother order anything from them or they will screw you.

I ordered a vest through this company & have been very pleased. Shipping was fast & the vest is great high quality. I would recommend to someone looking for any type of gear for their working dog.

The WORST.
I ordered a service dog vest and paid an extra THIRTY dollars for expedited shipping. The vest got LOST. I called the company and an incredibly rude, insensitive woman told me the company absolutely refuses to do anything about it. The woman wouldn’t help me at all. She basically screamed at me in an impatient, unapologetic tone and told me that talking to USPS was the only other route. (yeah right) She also said there was no one else I could talk to in her company. Fantastic! So, thank you for nothing. Thank you for the complete waste of $ 80. I will never EVER shop here again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know who has a service animal about the horrible treatment I received through this website.

I’m so happy with the product and service I received from Working Service Dog!
My little guy can be a sensitive and he’s super tiny, so I got in touch with the kind staff just to make sure that they had a vest to fit him, and that other dogs had found these vests comfortable. I was flying out the next week and really needed to make sure he could come along! They were quick and informative, and shipped extremely quickly to meet my needs. My little guy loves the vest, and I’ll be ordering more soon.

BEST SHPPING COMPANY EVER!!! They had 2 day express shipping, I figuerd he is only training working on some stuff at home, when I was told it would be wise to get a cape so I can start the public access training portion. I ordered my vest on Wed the 17^th I was expecting it on November 1^st as the website clearly states they can hold item for shipping purposes. IT CAME THE NEXT DAY OCT 18TH!!! I couldnt believe it! crazy fast shipping!!! just like Jimmy Johns.

and got a human being and they were very helpful. They answered my questions and I’m placing my order today. I am a little dismayed after reading these reviews. Especially after reading
reviews first and deciding to steer clear. If you place your order on Thursday, it wouldn’t be processed until Friday, then shipped on at the latest Saturday. It still wouldn’t have made it to you until Wednesday or Thursday. Sounds like you should have planned ahead instead of trying to damage a company who was following normal shipping and handling procedures. If they ship 2 – 3 days they still have to process the orders. That takes a day or two. Pay attention next time before you bad mouth a company for your poor reading skills.
