Mountainview Lodge & Suites

Buyers Beware! While the hotel itself is pleasant enough, their customer service is sub par. Here’s my experience with them.
Traveling with family and we wound up in Bozeman due to a family medical emergency. Stayed 2 nights no problem. Needed a third night with a smaller room as a member of our party left. Told the night desk clerk that I could book on
for 116 a night. He said he could match that. Go to check out in the morning and was billed 150ish. When i told the woman about my conversation with the night clerk and showed her (Shawna?) the rate on my phone she pretty much shrugged. When I comment that I guess I should have booked it on line she said something like «yeah probably»
I left feeling completely taken advantage of on top of having to deal with a family emergency while away from home. I would never again give any of my money to these people and I suggest you don’t either. There are plenty of other place to stay in Bozeman!
