After looking at all of the pictures I am starting to think I ordered wrong! The items look delicious. We went at the lunch rush so it was a little bit crowded and it being my first time there didn’t matter to a crowd of hungry college kids. Only kidding. I ordered one of the sandwiches and I think they were able to do it gluten free or had some kind of bread that didn’t have gluten in it so that was what I got. They had a good assortment of drinks, I got a huckleberry lemonade in a tin bottle. They seem to stay pretty busy and if you ask any of the locals what they think of this place you won’t be able to get them to stop raving about it. I am going to try this place again the next time I am in town and try something different than I did my original time so I can get a wide range of appreciation for the menu.

Great food snd fast service. I judge all sandwich shops by their BLTs and this one doesn’t disappoint. Large variety of toppings and breads.

The last time I ate at Biankin’s I vowed not to do it again; I used to think they had pretty decent sandwiches. But today, I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was microwaved within an inch of its life with a gooey(not in a good way) cheese sauce, and a salad, swimming in dressing, and they cost $ 20!!! I was royally ripped off. Last time I go there for sure.

I’ve only been here once, but the food was great! I subtracted a star because it is way over priced. A salad, and sandwich should not cost over $ 22.

Pretty average sandwich and salad place. I was pretty disappointed that a salad and drink costs $ 15 for lunch. Too expensive for what you get. If they expanded their salad toppings or even were less stingy with the toppings it’d be a lot better. Sub-par customer service as well. Won’t be going back again.

Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. Fluffy and soft with great taste. High quality ingredients and unique soup, salad and sandwich combinations make this place a must for lunch.

Overpriced for what you get in a sandwich and their sandwiches are dry and tasteless. There is only one gluten free bread and it is terrible. Many good bread recipes but the people at Biankini’s have not bothered to find them. America’s Test Kitchen did a cook book on gluten free baked goods including bread and everyone that I have tried has been a winner. With the right ingredients including the flour mix of 3 non-wheat flours and the use of psyllium as a gluten substitute, a gluten free bread can be as good or better than wheat flour based breads. A business should be striving to make their goods and services as rewarding for customers as possible and continue to learn and improve their offerings and not go through the motions. I would never return to this place.

Having lived in Miami for an extensive period of time, I’m always disappointed when I try Cuban sandwiches in the west. Biankini’s is the exception! It’s a little pricy(average $ 10 for a sandwich), but seriously, some of the best sandwiches in town(I can’t speak for their soups and salads because I can’t bring myself to order anything but the one sandwich!). The girls who work there are always so sweet, timely and professional. Even though I moved to four corners, I frequently drive out of my way to get their food.

Biankini’s was full of great food and great people. The salad bar is delicious with generous portions. Strongly recommend stopping by the next time you’re in Bozeman!

They have a great selection of healthy salads and sandwiches. Nice/friendly staff and an easy-going atmosphere. Also, my sandwich was made so fast

I come here on occasion. Their soup is always a hit. However, you will be paying top dollar for mediocre food. They microwave everything, FYI. I can always taste the difference between food that has been warmed up via the oven or microwave. The microwave form of cooking pretty much ruins it for me. Microwaved roast beef for your hot sandwich? I think I’ll save the $ 10 and pass.

OK… My company used to order Biankini’s every once in awhile, it wasn’t our first choice because. well because it really is nothing special, I mean we are in Bozeman and there are plenty of good restraunts to choose from. Anyways I have never complained about the food, but never got the WOW factor either. I decided to go there for lunch and again the food is fine… I PAID $ 30.90FOR2GRILLEDCHEESESANDWICHESAND2CUPSOFSOUP!!! Thats right CHEESE&BREAD and a CUP of broth! Absolutly nothing special about this sandwich or soup whatsoever. If I would have been paying better attention I would have never ever completed that transaction… I mean really? I understand a business is in business to make money and I will gladly support local endevors, but that is just down right ridiculous. One star I guess because of how upset I am about the whole situation, I feel like I have been bent over HA, so now I am out the $ 30.90 and hoping my insurance will cover a trip to the shrinks office because if not then I am really going to loose it over a damn cheese sandwich!

I can’t complain about the quality of the sandwich, but $ 15 for a turkey sandwich with no sides is ridiculous. Mustard was extra too! I’d call that price gouging. Welcome to BozAngeles! There are plenty of other local places that offer fresh homemade selections at a fraction of the price.

Hate to do it, but feel I have to. Been twice for carry-out and won’t be back. Impossibly long wait both times, and as everyone is pointing out a bit too expensive for what you get. Sandwiches are bland. And today, got home to discover I had the wrong sandwich! Ordered tuna salad, ticket said tuna salad, opened the bag to find chicken… kind of a big deal for someone who doesn’t eat land animals. $ 8 is a lot to pay for something you didn’t order and can’t eat!

I thought this place was pretty good. The staff needed some energy, but the sandwich was ok. I do think it’s expensive, even for what it’s supposed to be. Maybe do some combo deals, there is a lot of competition in town for sandwiches.

This place was prettt cool. I ordered a sandwich on ciabatta bread but it came out on something else. I wasn’t completely blown away, but would try again. At one point, I tried the mac and cheese sandwich, which would have had potential had it been properly heated.

While the staff seemed very friendly and helpful, the sandwiches we ordered all had stale bread and were wholly lacking in flavor. I didn’t try their soups or mac n cheese, but they seemed like much better tasting options. Relatively expensive for something I could have made at home.

I would not recommend this place to any one. My son and I ordered to half sandwiches with a cup of soup and barely ate any of it due to extremely sub par ingredients and the actual inability to eat it because the bread,(which was recommended by an employee), was like eating a boot sole. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were slimy and old and they didn’t dress it with anything, like the pesto mayo that was supposed to be on it. I thought it was appalling that I paid $ 27 for a soup and sand combo for 2. Pretty fancy lunch! We will not be dining here again.

I’ve been once before and I said I’d never come back due to the high prices for sandwiches. From what I remember of my first trip, the food was good, but I was disappointed in spending so much. I recently came back to try them again. I knew it was going to be expensive to buy three sandwiches for myself, my sister, and my husband. I was prepared for that part so possibly my experience was better due to that. We enjoyed our meals, particularly the sandwiches. The sides, however were disappointing. I paid $ 2 for a ¼ cup of potato salad that I was sure contained neither salt nor pepper. thankfully there was a shaker and grinder on the table! The chicken«gumbo» was more of a chicken soup with sausage added, not a thick, rich gumbo with rice as we had expected. The«sandwich spread» or whatever their signature sauce is was hardly detectable. I wished for some Dijon mustard to give the sandwich some sort of flavor. Although, it wasn’t a flavor riot, the ingredients were fresh and I would say it was an okay experience. The bread was a tad hard for me as I have a sensitive jaw, so halfway through I had to get a box and save the face workout for later. Got a punch card so I could give to a friend who loves the place. I, however, probably won’t be back for a while.

We got the Friday special which was short ribs with mac n’ cheese. It was VERY tasty. The wife and I were very surprised and ended up wolfing it down. We will definitely check this place out again to see if their other offerings are as good, but this was a very rare find for us. SUCH a good sandwich. Oh. just thinking about it again as I write this is making my mouth water.
