Lived here for years office staff is amazing and have never had any issues getting any maintenance problem resolved promptly. Ask for Chris in the office very nice guy!

Nice apts on inside. Not too well taken care of on outside. Clientele that live here are not what I expected with such high rent prices. Some friendly People IN Office, Some Not. Many stray cats all over the neighborhood. A raccoon by my apt at night… just moved in and thought there was a 3 day grace period for rent due and it’s 2 days so got charged $ 131.50 for a day late. That’s crazy! !! Gate stays open most of the time so anybody can come in… gym is ok but not cool enough inside. My dog got a bacterial infection from the water they use on the common grounds. They say it’s lake water. …and that it gets cleaned but who knows. Now have to worry not to let my dog go out too much or go near wet or grassy areas.
