SEDA Dental

I went to their new office in Delray Beach to have a loose crown reglued. They told me that I needed a dental implant. When I told them that I don’t have much bone, the dentist said they could graft bone. I asked what was wrong with doing a root canal and post. Dr Chen told me they could do that. She put the crown back with temporary cement. I told her I had to wait a month for my insurance company to ok the procedure. That evening the crown came off and I went back the next day to tell them that they needed to put the crown back with permanent cement since I had to wait a month for an okay. They refused to cement it back in. I guess they were afraid to lose the over $ 2000 quote for the procedure. I walked out and went to a different dentist. He told me that he would cement the tooth back in and if it did not hold, then he would do the root canal and post. These people at Seda of Delray were the most unprofessional people I have ever met and to be quite honest, the dentist was only interested in how much she could charge me. Incidentally, the new dentist that I went to charged me $ 15 to x-​ray and re-​cement the crown. Seda charged me $ 75 to put the crown back with a temporary cement and x-​ray. Never would I recommend these folks.

The SEDA group makes going to the dentist almost a pleasure. I have had good teeth all of my life, so when I split a tooth in two while dining out, I was extremly worried what would follow,. I went to my regular dentist, who recommended me immediately to the Seda group for an appointment for that afternoon. I was in shock, I was told they would have to pull the tooth and do an implant, I did not even know what an implant was at that time
Dr Rubinstein could see I was not at ease. He made jokes, tried to get my mind off the procedure, asked me about my work as a travel agent and maintained the utmost professionalism. When the inplant portion of my treatment was done he sent me back to my regular dentist to do the crown work. Once the crown work was done, I trusted him so much I wanted him to look at the crown work personally to be reassured it had been done well by my regular dentist. He did that at no charge and sent me on my way. I cannot say enough about my experience with the SEDA group, as I told Dr. Rubenstein, They ROCK,
