I don’t impress easily but my experience with Shaun was exemplary. Our AC unit stopped working and he made an after hours service call to our home. He discovered that the previous technician from a company sent by the developer (while under warranty a few months ago) had installed the incorrect part. This now has also caused the fan motor bearings to burn out and leak oil. He took it to the next level as we were having a low volume air flow problem. He discovered that the electrician who wired the unit when the house was built defeated the variable speed feature of the air handler which decreased the air flow.
