The tuna fish sandwich sucked. Threw it away. I asked if soup spoons were in my take out bag and was told yes. Got home and there were plastic knives only. Will not be going back.

Came to boynton beach panera on Sat at 1230. The place was busy, but not swamped. Ordered a quinoa lentil chicken bowl. 20 min later no lunch. Manager walked by and I asked for my order. He said the cashier put in wrong pager number and he apologized profusely. He brought me my lunch. Surprise, no chicken, no lentils and a few specs of quinoa. Basically a bowl of broth. Went to counter to ask them why no chicken. Girl looked perturbed and put some chicken in bowl. Now a bowl of chicken w broth. Would have given a zero review if not for manager trying.

Generally a very disappointing experience for takeout. Especially rapid pickup. Every rapid pickup order I’ve placed was not rapid in any way. I’ve ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes after the 10 minute pickup window and the food is never in the pickup spot. It’s behind the counter, which causes me to wait in line and that defeats the whole purpose of a «rapid» pickup. In addition to that, I would say some part of my order is wrong upwards of 50% of the time. Wrong sides, wrong toppings, you name it. I love panera but this particular location is awful.

I went there last weekend. As soon as we got to the cashier to order. She grabbed her drawer and was about to leave when she saw my face she said someone else will be there to take the order. We waited and all employees were just talking to each other. No one was coming over. No one said I’ll be there or anything to us. No one seemed to care so we left. This is the only location we have ever had this issue with. I love panera so I’ll go to another one even if it is far.

Very disappointing. The employee taking my order gave me a lot of attitude when I misunderstood her. On top of that, I ordered Cesar salad and the croutons were completely stale and it was tasteless. Ended up throwing it away

Came in to get the free coffee for the month of September. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location was very clean and organized. Coffee area was clean, plenty of sugar, creamer and other items. Coffee tasted good and hot.

Friendly and helpful supervisor(I’m assuming she was a supervisor). Food was great, service was great because she offered her help.

I figured the day after Christmas would be crazy busy but the place was nice and quiet. We were helped very quickly by the very friendly cashier. I always order the orange scone, no matter what, unless they are out which is always a sad occurrence if that happens! I also love the delicious breads they offer.

I have been to this location many times and a year ago I would have given it 3 stars but the last 6 months has showed a great improvement. They forgot my silverware today but they are doing much better. They lost a atar cause of silcerware and the lemon slices were nasty looking AND girl that was cleaning went to help run food without washing her hands.

This Panera is abosultely terrible compared to the ones in Boca and Wellington. From the time I finished my order I waited 9 minutes for a bowl of soup. And this is consistient, I’m always waiting far too long which makes going on my lunch break impactical. I once found a hair in a bag with my bagel because one of the cashiers has 4 feet of extensions that are barely contained, plus tacky fake eyelashes too. The GM stinks of booze and B.O. and I was nearly gagging from over the counter. There’s one very polite boy named Daniel on the line who made the entire experience bearable. Get it together!

Love this panera location. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The food is always prompt. I’ve gone so much to this place that I’ve seen pretty much everything: from coffee being finished to someone getting a wrong order. But it’s not often and the staff always handles it well in my opinion. What else can you ask for??? Maybe I’m easy to please. Yes, it’s always full. Yes, it’s mostly older people. But it IS Boynton. Again, what else can you expect??? I’ve become friendly with other regulars and the staff. It’s always a great experience for me.

I do love Panera and hadn’t gone there in probably 3 years so I couldn’t remember what they had on the menu anymore. I met up with a friend for a brunch after we had done a run earlier in the morning. She typically comes to Panera and I was excited to eat there. So she ordered her black bean soup in a cup and a cobb salad, I had the broccoli cheddar soup in a cup and also a cobb salad. We both had different cashiers, so I didn’t know that my friend had used the Pick 2 selection where it was you pick a soup and a half of a sandwich or a small salad, like the cobb salad. I ended up ordering the soup and a whole salad… I was kind of peeved that the cashier didn’t even recommend the Pick 2 to save money. :( Otherwise, my salad was huge and delicious and soup is just like what I remember. I tried my friend’s black bean soup and I am definitely going to have to get that the next time! And also I will remember to select the meal from the Pick 2 menu to save money and have a smaller portion!

I really love Panera Bread. I love their salads and soups. Love their chicken frontega panini and the turkey artichoke too! My favorites. For breakfast, my favorite is the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. To die for!!! For the kids, my daughter’s favorite is the mac and cheese. I’ve tried and its pretty tasty! She always wants it. The kid’s meal comes with a drink and yogurt. Enjoy!

I’ve been going to Bread Co in St. Louis and Panera in Kansas City for years. We recently moved here and gave this location a try. The seating area was well cleaned, as well as the drink station. The staff taking our order and preparing our feed was very nice, and our order came quickly. My soup and salad was delicious and fresh. I have to say I enjoyed this place because when we visited there weren’t any squatters sitting there sipping coffee and hogging space for their laptops or loud meetings. I look forward to returning to this location and so pleased that I can get Bread Co in Florida!

Great place to grab a quick and tasty breakfast on the weekends. They serve it up until noon Saturday and Sunday. Yes, Panera is usually packed with old people. Did I mention this location is right down the street from Leisureville in Boynton? Yeah. gotta expect these things. Either way, the food has always been good and the kids that work there have always been friendly and efficient. I also love that they have calorie stats on their menu board now! No more assuming I am taking the«healthier» option. Yay!

I usually come here for breakfast with my mom because we both love the Egg Soufflé’s and the Service is really good, although it can be slow at times depending in the crowd. My only complaint is that this place is jam packed with old people and everyone trying to mooch of the free wi-fi so finding a table is tricky sometimes but other then that Its a great breakfast spot as well as lunch…

I am surprised at the other reviews. I have been to this Panera a handful of times, and never had any problems. The staff has been very friendly to me. The food never took very long to get. If you get a Panera loyalty card, you get a free drink or pastry with some purchases.

As far as chains go, Panera is one of my absolute favorites to grab cheap food and just hang out to read or study. Free wi-fi and coffee refills is the perfect combo for a grad student like myself. This location was above average with a very friendly staff! My order came out fast and quality wasn’t at all compromised(as opposed to other chains). I was also impressed because they were constantly cleaning so big thumbs up to that. Beth’s Tip: Try not to lust over their Hazelnut coffee too much.

This location alone is not a representation of Panera Bread as a whole! When you think of Panera you should know that you get fresh ingredients, healthier choices and better than average customer service. Stopped in for some soup and a salad. Prices are in line with other Paneras but the service really lacked! Placed my order and waited, and waited and waited… Walked over to the ‘pick up’ area and although there were at least 4 other employees, there was one person preparing the food. I watched as he asked for help and no one helped. Bad business! Some of the employees were chatting it up with customers who from the looks of it weren’t even placing an order… Panera Bread of Boynton Beach, Please do better. Signed, Disappointed Customer
