Everyone else really seemed to be enjoying themselves, so I don’t really know what happened. Tom was responsible for taking care of me. Maybe he was having a bad day or just didn’t like me or something, because he rushed through everything to the point where I was done 30 minutes before the rest of my group, he also cut my cuticle pretty deeply and rushed through applying my nail color, it came out light, but seriously it looks like only the bottom half of the nails are painted. I know I could have complained but what would have been the point? As I was waiting for my friends (who had a great experience) a man came in for a nail trim and refused to go to Tom and waited for someone else. He obviously knew something I didn’t. If you choose to go here, just make sure you don’t get Tom.
