A $ 55 000 order for cgi windows and a $ 15 000 custom front door. These guys were caught lying about everything If their lips were moving… Had to involve CGI to get the windows finished correctly 3 months after their deadline. Lawyer involved as they took our deposit for the front door in December and as of May, it still had not been ordered. Two quadrafoyels they ordered and were supposedly backordered for 5 months were then ordered from another vender and installed within 3 weeks. Everyone considering these guys needs to have their head examined. Including me. My first new home construction now almost complete and Roger and Robert (bob) were more problems then all other subs combined. And now we are trying to collect from them the money they owe us for their incompetence and deposits paid…

I will warn anyone against doing business with this company! While my front door looks beautiful, this company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Once the doors were installed, they completely dropped the ball, ignoring inspection deadlines and not returning phone calls. We have gotten the run around for over a year and a half! Doors were installed in November 2013. After numerous phone calls over many months (and our permit status being changed to inactive), we FINALLY were able to get this company to schedule an inspection. We had exposed screws all of this time on the entire outline of the double door frame because they could not cover them with the wood until the inspection was complete. First inspection finally took place in August of 2014. We failed inspection. 3 items were to be addressed. Screws were to remain exposed. Again, multiple phone calls, unanswered or blown off, and another inactive permit status from the county. Finally, after many more months, some new guy was in there and showing an interest in «buttoning this up.» Another inspector came out in April 2015 (almost a year and a half later). The company did not have a copy of the previous failed inspection from the year before, did not notify me I needed this, and when I came downstairs with it, the inspector had left. They said they would reschedule for the next day. Fast forward another month or so and finally Todd starts calling me back. First call, I was on vacation, 2^nd call I returned and left a message to no returned call (no surprise), third call was last week, I returned and again left a message and told the person that it was in reference to scheduling a final inspection. I told him I would like to do it the next afternoon, if possible, and he told me he would relay the message and Todd would return my call. Did this happen? NO. The next morning, while at a doctor’s appointment, the inspector came out to my house (no notice of appointment at all) and left a notice on the door that we would have to reschedule at a fee. I was beyond upset. Today, Todd calls me and has the NERVE to have a complete attitude and tone with me to the point of blaming ME for all of this hassle. I actually had to step outside to take the call because of the heated tone he was taking with me. I told him he had no right, after all of this time, to take that tone with me… that we have waited NINETEEN MONTHS to figure this out and NOW he is trying to act as if he has done his job effectively and it is our problem? I don’t think so. I will NEVER recommend this company and I will find a way for them to get this inspector out at their cost. It is truly unbelievable and, unless you feel like dealing with a nightmare, STAY AWAY. I have never written a bad review before, but today was the nail in the coffin. If I could report this behavior in a more effective way, I most certainly would.
