Don’t bring your child to this place. They misdiagnosed my son who had an inner ear infection, subscribed some expensive ear drops for outer ear. My son was in pain for 3 days because the drops didn’t help. He should have been given antibiotics, which his pediatrician advise when I brought him in 3 days later when he wasn’t getting any better. When I confronted them, they were nasty and denied any responsibility.

I don’t understand how these places are permitted to legitimately practice medicine. They are nothing more than a ‘fast food’ business model — get em in, get em out, maximize profit, minimize service and quality. I went to this clinic with what I thought was a routine medical issue, but was actually not. The specific symptoms I described should have triggered a better response from the ‘doctor’. But considering he did not examine me, did not pay attention to the details of the symptoms I described and spent less than two minutes in the exam room with me, I should really not be surprised. Fortunately, his lack of professional behavior and interest and the subsequent pain and suffering I experienced, was of interest to my attorney. Additionally, the front end and support staff was typical — unpleasant, uninterested, sullen, inexperienced, uncompassionate young girls. Kindness and concern are an important part of medicine and if it takes someone over the age of nineteen to understand that, you need to hire them and fire the front end bimbos and assistants. (Most likely this company is owned by middle-​aged men.) I would not recommend this place for the most minor of illness. Bethseda West is two minutes up the street — where you can buy yourself some real medical care.

I was extremely happy with our visit here. I took my son in to see a doctor here. No appt. Just walked in. We were in and out within 15 minutes, seen by Dr. Wagner. Diagnosed my son with swimmer’s ear. There’s a Publix pharmacy direct next door so they electronically sent the prescription over to them. The PA and the doctor and all staff were extremely kind and friendly. The facility in brand spanking new and very clean. New equipment. We were the only people there. Very happy that this is right down the street from where we stay when we come to visit each summer. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to any of my friends or family.

This place was super clean and nice inside! The whole process was really quick and the doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient. I definitely would recommend going there if you’re in a rush or you don’t know any doctors in the area.
