McDonald’s

I know not to expect much from a McDonalds but this one has to be as bad as you can get. One look at the dining area or even the inside of the drive through window will give you a preview of what to expect with the food. The food is made with the same attitude they take with their cleaning (lack of) practices.
Foods always dry and tasteless for some reason and looks thrown together. Funny because you can go 5 blocks away to another location and order the same sandwich and it’s a night and day difference. I guess good management makes all the difference.

HORRIBLE! DONT GO! And it doesn’t even deserve a star, first off the people who work at the deuce thru are rude and appeared to me wayyyyy to busy chit chatting among each other rather than even paying attention to the customer! This is the 2^nd time I’ve had a bad experience and considering I rarely ever go to McDonald’s you would think the service would be decent, well keep away from this location — travel 5 more minutes to a different one. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves!
My order everytime was wrong and the employees at the drive thru are RUDE!

Was at this location on yesterday. I wanted to try the buttermilk chicken sandwich. I ordered 2 to go. This was a big mistake. I got home and started to try one of them, to my surprise a small dried up like cardboard and not flavored at all. I kept saying to myself don’t say anything, but I decided to do so. Customers should be satisfied after paying the price that you ask. Went to another Mcdonalds and got one, it was fresh and tasty. Thanks for taking the time to read this and understand where I’m coming from…

McDonald’s is an American icon with the yellow M sign but recently I feel that the domestic locations have all but lost their trusting fan following.
Compared to the international locations which have better quality food and service the local American locations have been run down the food being of low quality and service even worse.
McDonald’s employees are extremely rude and service is given as if the customer is more of a headache than anything else. After eating the food you feel as if a mistake was definitely made.
This location is pretty close to us and I have been their twice in the last couple of months hoping that the experience changes which really doesn’t. I like the fish fillet but unfortunately because they are in a hurry they don’t even pack it right and when you get home the ingredients are all over the box.
The fries have been pretty fresh but you still got to beg for ketchup and mayo as they believe you should eat fries without those two!!!

What do I love about my Neighborhood McDonalds? The fries, fries, fries!!! They are never soggy or old. They are light and crispy with the right amount of frying and salt they use. The employees at this location are not stingy about giving ketchup. I know people crave 5 star restaurants etc etc!!! But for me I like to have McDonalds fries. No other fast food place has better fries. Before I start writing a book called fries, I would definitely recommend this location of McDonalds because the food is consistently hot and good. I also order the fish filet sandwiches, as well. For dessert, my childhood favorite is apple pies however the pies are sometimes over cooked.
Things they can really improve on: I wish they would speed up the drive thru, it takes for ever sometimes. Other than that, I’m not driving to any other location. This one is the best in Boynton Beach. They have 24 hour drive thru window, late night pick up here I come! ~

First time at this location. First impression was a very dirty dining area. While standing in line my shoes stuck to the floor over and over again. When the food came out the buns were like a brick. The cashier was alerted and she quickly remade the order.

Oh my goodness!!! McDonald’s twice in a day (hey don’t judge me) lol anyways it’s like night and day. Yall want $ 15 an hour for what??!
I ordered mozzarella sticks and chipped my crown on my tooth that’s how hard the dang mozzarella stick was! Went back thru the drive thru because it’s pouring rain and guess what not only did it take 15 mins they are SOGGY UNDERCOOKED!!! Can’t even it the crap. Grrrrr. Management what the heck are you doing here??!

Went there last year as it is close to my house. All 3 times the orders were wrong or cooked incorrectly. Started going to other Resturants. This week I gave it another chance. On Monday I ordered food and checked the bag. The fries were hard and cold, the meat was overlooked & cold. Even the cheese hadn’t melted. After complaining they corrected the order. With all the problems I didn’t notice the 2 missing Apple pies. Today we went again and I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/​Cheese and a lot of extra onions. The meat was dried out, overlooked and I had a teaspoon of onions (see photo). Never again !!!

I just wanted a diet coke. We paid at the first window and it took over 12 minutes for us to get to the second window and get the drink. What a waste of time!

Typical but way smaller than most McDonalds and the seating is limited.
What can I say about the food? Well I am sure you have been to McDonalds so you already know their menu.
I had a simple cheeseburger, fries, and diet coke and was satisfied.

no problems at this location. they have good sweet and unsweet tea to boot.

Usually never complain much about McDonalds because its fast food but one time I’ve ordered chicken nuggets from this one which came out completely soggy. It was absolutely disgusting and when I asked to be refunded they just gave me another box of nuggets which wasn’t even fully cooked. Disgusting.

The worst drive through service ever!
They are lucky I am not contacting their corporate
office. Always a major attitude and when you ask
for something extra, they always mess your order up.
No wonder McDonald’s is getting sued for not providing
any napkins to a customer.

We have been here numerous times since we have moved to Boynton Beach. We haven’t been inside yet, so we don’t know whether or not if it’s your typical dirty McDonald’s. You can blame us for not getting our lazy butts out of our cars when we come here ;) I got the McRib sandwich combo with fries tonight. It had a nice coat of bbq sauce. My advice is to get it without the lettuce, etc. since you get the full flavor, which is taken away from the veggies a little bit. It won’t hurt me if I don’t get this sandwich again. I don’t see how people can rave about this sandwich so much since it’s not the best thing ever. We got a small caramel frappé to share since we had a coupon for it. Mmm for that. Hoorah for this being our local McD’s. I’m lovin’ it!
