Chloe is awesome. My neck constantly hurts and her hands did the magic. She literally does anything you ask for. For a little extra she goes the extra mile to make you have a great time.Only thing not allowed is penetration. I highly recommend her .

This particular location is my absolute favorite. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The staff is very well versed in health and wellness in addition to their wonderful product assortment of Murad products. I have gotten multiple massages and facials here and have never been disappointed in the quality. I have gone to Massage Envy locations throughout the country and this has been and continues to be my favorite by far.

Booked an appt for 3 people for hour massages. It was a special occasion and the point was for all 3 people to get massages. The location messed up the appt and did NOT have 3 people to do massages however never said anything so the 3^rd person sat in the waiting room for 35 MIN without ANYONE coming to say anything. When the other 2 people came out, they tried to apologize for their mistake but then proceeded to go ahead and charge me even though they messed up the entire special occasion and to add insult to injury left the person sitting for over 30 min without saying anything to them. Very unprofessional place!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Very rude. I walked in to book a massage and was not greeted and not told the specials. When I asked to book a massage and get the intro rate as I was new to Florida they scanned my credit card and then told me they couldn’t give me the intro rate as I was from NY… even though it had been years ago that I had been to a massage envy in NY
As a new customer I am not paying full price when I should get the intro rate as a new customer and new to Florida… also front desk was very rude

Amber is the best! She listens to what you want, and remembers for next time! I have been a member for over 2 years and never thought I would last that long… Reminds you to go faithfully and it is vey beneficial!

I was in town visiting my aunt and she treated me to a hour and a half massage. I actually went to school for massage and get massages every few months. I had my appt with Marvin (guy with the long dreads) and honestly had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and really working on the issues I had. I have amazing range of motion in my stiff neck! He knew what he was doing and I left feeling great! Thank you Marvin and I would recommend him to anyone.

This is a terrible Massage Envy location. I have been a member of Massage Envy for 4 years. I do NOT go to this location.
My boyfriend and I moved to Boynton Beach and we decided to try this location since it is closer. I called to make an appointment for my boyfriend and was glad they could take him that afternoon just a few hours from when I called.
The staff at this location cancelled his appointment last minute without letting him know. He was actually on the way to his scheduled appointment and noticed that he had a missed call phone from this massage envy location but no message. He called them just to find out why they rang him and he was told his appointment was cancelled.
I called back to speak with the manager Amanda to explain what happened. She said she needed to speak with her staff to get some details and would call him back. No one from this massage envy ever called his back to show good customer service.
This location lost two member transfers and I share this terrible experience with anyone we know interested in getting a membership at massage envy.

I love surprise gift cards. All I gotta say is hot stone massage. Do it. Yeaaah!
