I feel that she was trying to take advantage of my elderly mother. The dentists’ office was not upfront about the costs before the work. She was told that she needed more work done than any other dental office had told her. In addition they wanted to do even more work that wasn’t needed. I’ll spare the other details. But I would highly recommend getting a second opinion somewhere else and insist you get the upfront costs and make sure that they accept your insurance. My elderly mother felt very pressured about getting all of the work done even though she was about to have major surgery.

I went to see Dr. Glerum earlier this year using a Living Social coupon. The office is clean, and the staff is nice enough. However, Dr. Glerum told me at least twice to make sure i tell my friends about her. I thought that was inappropriate since I was a new patient. She seemed very eager to sell more than focus on my teeth. The most disturbing part is that she told me I had 4 cavities, and I was surprised because I had been going to the dentist at least annually before my visit with her. I went to Dentaland this week, and had a full set of x-​rays done, and they confirmed I had no cavities. Dr. Glerum had only down the bite wing x-​rays, and I was informed by 2 dentists that you cannot accurately conclude cavities from these types of x-​rays. I would just say that if it doesn’t seem right, then just get a second opinion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glerum for 7 years. What can I say about her services? AMAZING!!! She is a wonderful, knowledgable dentist that always makes the correct assessments and treatments to maximize your best oral healthcare. And did I mention how wonderful her staff is? Well, they are just as great as she is!!! Everyone is always friendly, courteous, and professional and willing to help out with whatever your needs are! I could not imagine going to any other dental office for all my dental needs!!!
