Fleming’s Carpet Cleaning

I had a horrible experience in total with Fleming’s. The cleaners showed up 4 hours late for the appointment. I had made the appointment for the morning purposely because I had to be somewhere that evening. So when all was said and done, I had waited hours for the cleaners and I was very late to MY event. That’s just the beginning.
When the cleaners finally got to my home, they were swearing and talking inappropriately throughout the whole cleaning process.
After the carpets dried, I looked at the stains and it looked like they hadn’t been touched. (And these stains were not old).
I was charged $ 103.00 initially, and then later on my credit card statement, it showed $ 106.00. I had to have another service come to clean my carpets and they successfully removed the stains. I WILL be getting my money back, because the whole process was just absurd.

The service that James of Fleming Caroet Cleaning was phenomenal. He was very professional and cleaned our carpet to perfection. I have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past and was not as pleased as I was with Fleming Carpet Cleaning. Try them… you will not be disappointed.

I only have good things to say about Fleming’s Carpet Cleaning. I originally scheduled to have my white couch and mattress cleaned. When they showed up (and they showed up early), the gentleman looked at the couch and told me that he thought that I should call the company from where I purchased the couch (because it is fairly new and it was showing horrible wear and tear) and try to work with that company. So, in his view, he didn’t think he was going to be able to clean it that well and he said that he did not want to take my money until I tried to go through the company first. He then told me that I can use another furniture for him to clean and in the end, the work he had done was meticulously done. (I forgot his name) He was very personable, honest and forthright. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again. Prices are also very fair for the quality of work they do.

This is one of the most unreputable companies I’ve ever worked with. He quoted me
one price to clean a small apartment, but after he was through, he charged me close
to $ 100 more claiming it was more soiled than previously thought. As if he couldn’t asses that during the estimate. He later agreed to reimburse me for a small amount to compensate for the up charge, but never came through with the money. Please look for another company… there are plenty of them out there. This is the first time I’ve ever
had this type of service problem. Unfortunately, the bad burrows all the way up to the
owner of the company.
