First off the doctor was very professional, and knowledgeable and personable. The front staff and the eye glasses person had horrendous customer service. The glasses are very expensive and they try and sell you way more then you need, then belittle the fact that you don’t want it all. I ordered the most plain, non-​upgraded options they have. As I thought it would be very simple for them to get. Very wrong! As of this post it’s been over a month since my examination and fitting. Not one follow up call or anything. I paid for the glasses and I just called back and they put me on hold. They agreed it’s been over a month, and that I guess thier insurance person dropped the ball or something. This is a place I do not recommend going to. My old eye doctor was way more pleasant and friendly and on the ball to deal with. I warn you, stay away from here.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. 5 weeks since I paid for my glasses and they still don’t know when they will be ready for me to pick them up. If you call they will put you on hold for around 10 min and then they will hung up on you!!! NOT COMING BACK !!!

I have been going to Eye and Ear since for over 10 years. You can’t beat the amazing customer service and the prices are very low. They always pass along any discounts they get from their vendors to you. I am in and out quickly and leave happy.
Also I purchase vintage designer glasses often and they always add my prescription in perfect, sometimes having to custom make my frames. NO ONE ELSE WILL DO IT OR DO IT RIGHT! This place gets two thumbs up. I have recommended this place to several people and they too are now loyal customers.

My girlfriend made an appointment here @11:30am it is now 12:20pm so this is the level of service you get… none. Dont bother just go somewhere else, where they honor appointments.

Great place for my yearly eye exam. The only place that I’ve been to for more than a year since I really like the staff.
Dr. Cohen is charming and funny. He made the exam very comfortable. The front end staff are super friendly and professional.
