It should open at 6am but don’t try to go before 7am. I have gone multiple times at 630 and 645 and they are not open. When I am there the food is good but follow your stated hours and you would have more customers

The worst einsteins location I’ve been to. Horrible service, food never comes out correctly and place doesn’t seem well kept. Will avoid this one completely.

The friendliness of the staff makes up for the establishments lack of appeal. The coffee station is right next to the door so it gets crowded. The food is well prepared and that’s what really matters isn’t it?

I have been to this location three or four times because I had coupons and this is right across the street from the Y where I work out every morning. Whether I have been here at 8am on a weekday or 12pm on a weekday, the place is always completely trashed and dirty. There is more coffee on the counter than in the carafes, it seems like they are always low on bagels and even out on some occasions, the workers are generally friendly but seem to have the combined IQ of Charlie Gordon. The food is so salty I have to run a marathon before and after to keep my sodium equilibrium balanced. In general, Einstein’s seems like a very subpar bagel place. I much prefer any of the other 40,000 bagel places here like Bagels and More, Panera, NY Bagel Co, etc.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I come here every Sunday morning and I’ve never had any problems. The food is delicious and the coffee shakes are even better. I’ve even called a couple times and asked to get it prepared before I had even arrived, and they were totally okay with it.

The food is okay but the last couple of times they’ve gotten parts of my order wrong which really irks me. I’ve ordered an iced chai latte several times and two different employees on separate occasions put coffee/espresso in it because ‘it’s a latte’. One even got defensive about it and the manager had to get involved to make it over. I’ve worked in a coffee shop before and it doesn’t make sense that they don’t know a simple drink. I’ve also ordered a sandwich clearly stating ‘no egg’ to go and I had to go back there to get it remade because despite the receipt, I received sandwich with egg. I don’t know if I’ll go back.

Ordered my typical: chocolate chip bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and a chocolate chip bagel, as is. This order takes 3 minutes tops to fulfill, and I have been at Einsteins all around the country to verify this fact. Two people working behind the counter, another person at the register and about 10 people seated and eating in the area behind me and it took 6 minutes and 30 seconds until I threw in the towel, told them to refund my money and I walked out, without so much as a «sorry» from the Shift Manager who gave me my refund. Never going back to this joint.

So disgustingly dirty. So sold out of everything. I was scared to eat here but had no choice. Ordered my usual Hummus veg out and the veggies were limp, soggy and there was no arugula as the menu states. So grossed out. No other Einstein Bagels is as disgusting as this one. Never going back

Not particularly crazy about this location. The interiors are cramped as every single table– inside and out were filled with geriatrics. I ordered the egg, spinach, and applewood bacon panini and it was ok. I didn’t know that they put some kind of tomato pesto on the panini cause it’s not listed on the menu. Didn’t like that as its not my thing and made the panini bread soggy. The spinach was basically balled up in the center of the eggs. I think their eggs are all frozen and then zapped in the microwave. So that explains why the eggs in my panini were very hot. I just don’t care for this place. At all.

I cannot begin to express how much I love bagels! Every time we come to Boynton Beach, we hit this Einstein’s at least twice. The good: The bagels The cream cheese The coffee The so-so: The service from the people behind the counter. Sometimes they’re super friendly, most times, they’re not. The bad: The store is extrememly small, so expect to fight over a table, especially on the weekend. The coffee-making area is always congested. You and about 3 – 4 other patrons are reaching over each other for creamer, sugars, etc. There’s little room to set your coffee down on the counter to even make it, anyway. I’ll be back, because I love trhe bagels, and there is not an Einstein’s within 10 miles of where we live.

I came in to get a quick breakfast and I was dreading the line when I walked in. There was like 15 people ahead of me and I figure I would be out of there if I didn’t move within a minute while I was waiting in line. I was at the counter in less than 5 minutes. This place was busy and quick at the same time. Bravo! The menu has a lot of choices, but I stuck with a choppin’ onion bagel for Chris and a chocolate chip bagel for me. Both toasted with cream cheese. Yum! I couldn’t resist getting a strawberry white chocolate muffin that was screaming my name. I heated it up when I got home and shared it. Next time, I’m getting one a piece. I was in heaven and I love the flavors that was blended so perfectly together in the muffin. Sooooo good!

Since I moved down to South Florida about a month ago, I have been on a hunt for a somewhat decent bagel. Coming from Brooklyn, NY this is something I miss terribly in the morning. Nothing beats a Brooklyn Bagel… nothing. I’ve tried other places and their bagels have all sucked and so I was told to come here. Cute little place and the service is pretty quick. Upon entering, I took a look at their bagels and knew from just their appearance that this wasn’t going to be anything close to home. I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. Not bad, not great. The bagel at least tasted like a bagel. It was on the doughy side and had a slight crisp shell on the outside but when you bit into it, it flattened. A bagel shouldn’t flatten. A bagel should keep its shape at least. It should be thick and have some substance to it. It was like eating cream cheese between two thin pieces of what they call a bagel. Whatever though, so far its the closest I’ve gotten to Brooklyn and I’d probably go back here if I was super hungry and had a craving. Keep trying Einstein, but you haven’t mastered the bagel yet.

Perfect for a fast healthy breakfast. Fast, friendly service, even during peak times. They got my special order right the first time and offer lots of healthy low fat options including turkey bacon, avocado, egg whites and bagel thins.
