If there were a negative star rating it would be applicable here! The owner Gloria is a nasty, arrogant and condescending woman who is on a big power trip and thinks that she’s above everyone. She treats her employees with zero respect and like slaves! She is not worthy of a penny of anyones hard earned money! Do yourself a favor and find another spa who deserves the business because this spa definitely doesn’t!

This is my first time coming here because I needed a last minute pedi close to my house. This place is a whole in the wall. Very small inside. The beautician cuts hair right where the front door is! The gentelmen manning the front desk is doing my pedi and has stopped a few times to answer the phone and help a customer! Spas need to be fully staffed so customers get the attention they deserve. By far the worst spa I’ve ever been too! Will NOT be returning!

I would give this negative stars if I could. All but the first review happened to me too. The owner actually told me how bad it was to get a manicure when I was getting one. I said, «it;s probably not a good idea to tell your customers that.» She just rolled her eyes. Then I tried to compliment her employee who was doing my manicure and she quickly said, «well I was the one who hired him.» She is rude, has no customer service, and quite honestly, has zero intelligence. I don’t know how she continues to run this place. If she was gone, I would go back. I even left money on a gift certificate b/c it’s more stressful going in there. She barks at her employees right in front of customers. That place is more of a joke, so if you want an annoying story to tell your friends, go there. Worst place ever.

Not happy with my experience here. My massage was met with a very talkative woman, when all I wanted to do was relax. Seriously, would not stop talking and offering advice that was not asked for! I felt LESS relaxed after my treatment. On top of that, she charged me more money simply because I asked for more pressure. Seriously?! Finally, I could not stand my final treatment as the woman would stop not talking. The first time I was more stressed after an appointment at the spa. I normally do not speak Ill of small business but this was simply unacceptable.

Absolutely awful customer service. Didn’t even make it to actually getting my scheduled massage(which the owner forgot about and asked if I was in the right place) because she was so incredibly rude. She was angry that I had living social coupons and hadn’t printed it out. She said she wouldn’t make money off of me and acted like she was doing me and living social a favor. She then said that she’d have to cut my time in half because she had to spend time talking to me. I was honestly shocked by the way she treated me, especially as I’d already paid and it was supposed to be a place you go to relax! I ended up getting my money back from living social, which she was totally okay with(seemed to actually prefer because I don’t think she realized that money would’ve gone to her…) Horrible.

Such a bad experience! The therapist was 15 minutes late and walked in without an apology for her tardiness, or a salutation for that matter. I presented the livingsocial voucher to her on my phone, which was met with much frustration as I had not printed it for her, instead she now had to manually write the number down. Heavens?! She continued to complain how she makes no money off these vouchers and the deal was done without her consent,(with even more huffing and puffing on her part) By now it was 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and with her bad attitude I was staring to wonder what this bad energy and attitude would bring to my treatment!(Bye bye nice complexion, hello complications?!) So I asked her if she would prefer I cancel and talk to livingsocial about a refund. Without hesitation she replied«do that», returned my phone and left the reception area! Both her receptionist and I were speechless! I am grateful livingsocial refunded the voucher and I endeavor NEVER to return to this place again. And urge you to do the same!
