Please accept my sincere gratitude and accolades for your company, your workmen and, in particular, your general manager, Rodney DiFranco.
Capitol Carpet and Tile installed tile flooring in my kitchen, dining, living and master bedrooms when I moved into my Boynton home several years ago. I was very pleased. In November, 2014, the flooring suffered «eruptions» throughout the house.
The insurance adjusters and engineers declined any coverage. Their finding was that the installation was faulty. Capitol Carpet did not feel this was due to any problem with installation.
Mr. DiFranco and Mr. Blane personally reviewed the flooring at my residence. While they did not feel the installation was at fault, they did see the extensive damage. After consideration and research, Mr. DiFranco and your company decided to do what was best for me, the consumer, and make things right.
My flooring is repaired, new baseboards are installed. My home is safe and lovely once again.
