Bay Appliance

I have lowered my rating yet again. Last month I spoke to Maryann about the ongoing leak coming from a bolt on the new air handler. She explained there had been a death in the family and they were short handed and she would get back to me. After a week I called again and was told (I think her name was Shirley) she would get back to me. She has not. It was under their annual maintenance plan, which is worthless, they did nothing. It appears they delay to pass the plan period.
I had been advised they fired the employee they had blamed for the shoddy work. But a few months ago I saw him outside a residence smoking a cigarette with Bay Appliace’s owner’s great grandson. They were both wearing company t-​shirts. Not that I wanted anyone fired. My point is; don’t believe anything this company says.

Honest, reliable and not expensive. Serviceman Bill just fixed our dryer and microwave. Sure glad we called them We were going to just replace the microwave. All it needed was a fuse.

They deserve six stars! They are honest and they know what they’re doing!
