Fantastic customer service! The owner goes on every call with the technician. The office manager, Sally, who makes appointments is helpful and friendly, always recognizing a repeat customer. The technician, Ryan and the owner, Diane are a pleasure to deal with. My family has used them for years and never a problem. Local family owned business… give them a call and support a local business!

Went to Home Adviser and there name did not come up. But one of the vendors on the list recommended them. Appliance King was awesome in attitude service and showed up same day. Found the problem to be somewhat simple and fixed it plus replaced another part that required repair that we realized after they where there. Was not the reason for the call. Had the part on the truck. I would not hesitate to refer or call them again! Hard to find good service for a fair price.
