Porter Creek Fish House

First, I want to say I was not totally aware that this restaurant was open to the public until about a month ago. When arriving to the location the sign was a bit confusing. The restaurant is the big white building that stands alone or you could say the building straight across from the yacht club gym. Very quiet place to have dinner. Arrived at 4pm and was greeted by a wonderful staff. We were seated right away. The view was amazing. We were served hot fresh bread and butter along with water. I ordered steak that came with potatoes and asparagus. It was devine, cooked to perfection. My mother ordered the fish and chips. She did not enjoy the cole slaw, but she is a picky eater. It had onions and peppers in it. She thought that was strange. However, she really went ape over the fish. All in all a very nice place to eat.

It took a while but i like this restaurant. We tried several times to go and got stymied by a private party or a Monday or the time of year. But it has paid off
The last several times I’ve been there the food was good as was the service. I recommend it

Firts time here. Food was good and so was the service. I would recommend. We had reservations and were seated outside at a nice table. We will be back.
