After 3 other estimates, we went with Mulcahy Bros and no regrets. Our 1926 all stucco and wood trim house needed stucco repair, rotted wood replacement and some patching, cleaning (specially algae) and full paining. Mulcahy was able to do it all; they walked me through the process and told me what products would be used during the original walk through. I especially liked their willingness to do any additional repair needed once they started the job, with incidentals being included on the original estimate. They did an awesome job, and the finishing was perfect. Cleanup was excellent. I plan to go back whenever o need additional work done.

I had never used Mulcahy Brothers Painting before and decided after 3 bids that they seemed priced right and the most professional. They finished the job within a week to accommodate my travel schedule, showed up on time every day, cleaned up and put away ladders, etc every evening. All of the surfaces were cleaned prior to painting, according to the contract. There is a lot of detail on the 100+ year old cornice, and I was skeptical at first, but it was painted better this time than before. Eduardo and the team were a pleasure to work with too!

Mulcahy Brothers recently painted our home’s exterior and they did a fantastic job. They even repaired several places where the wood needed replacing. They were professional, fast, and meticulous on every detail. The house had not been painted in ten years and they matched each color beautifully (our porch alone has eight different colors!). Their pricing was very competitive and we will definitely be calling them again soon to paint the interior of our home. We couldn’t be happier.
