Fetch n’ Catch

By far one of the best canine day care and boarding facilities in WNY! The best part is knowing that when I board Moe, he will be among other dogs in a day care environment instead of being cooped up all day.

Horrible experience. We have a miniature husky and took him in for an «evaluation» where they let him in to see the other dogs for 20 minutes — not enough time for a dog to acclimate and calm down from being excited to play. He was rejected because, while he’s great with other dogs and loves to play, he barks, in true husky nature. But of course they didn’t hesitate to charge us for the 20 mins.
The most unfortunate part is that there’s almost no competition in the area so this is the only daycare option around. If you have a dog that’s playful, excited or has any sort of personality, don’t even bother.

Full service dog boarding, day care, grooming and I believe training. I use them for boarding for my small dog. I toured and received recommendations for this facility before dropping my little guy off over the weekend and so far they’ve lived up to the hype.
I can usually tell when my dog has had a bad experience when I pick him up from boarders. He’s very slow to move, timid and seems fearful… each time I’ve picked him up after Fetch n’ Catch he’s his normal ball of energy self.
I also enjoy that they pay close attention to what and how much he eats since my pup is a social eater and won’t eat alone, they they have an indoor pool (with life vests for all size dogs), and he can have 1 on 1 time with the staff for a few extra dollars.

These guys are great. Full service. Boarding, dog day care, training and grooming. We haven’t used the training but we have used everything else and we have been very happy. We drive all the way from north buffalo and we have another competitor closer. My Saint Bernard, Eden loves it there. The dog pool is a great idea.

I was very impressed with fetch n catch on initially bringing my dog here. However, I was very disappointed with the treatment my dog received. According to their website a meet and greet happens before a dog is put into the main group. I can tell you this did not happen with my dog. She was put into the main group right from the start and was not given the opportunity to ease into her surroundings and become familiar with the other dogs. As a result she became aggressive and rightfully so! She was scared being in a new environment and put into a group to 10 unfamiliar dogs. I will not be recommending this daycare to anyone.

My 2 spoiled little dogs seem to really love this place.
In the past, when I’ve traveled, I always left my 2 dogs with my parents– but they are getting older & their 2 cats were honestly stressed over my dogs visiting. So, I decided to try a kennel. My dogs had never been to daycare, or a kennel, and were older (one 4 the other 10) & small… & I was quite worried that they would hate being there– Couldn’t be further from the truth. At this point (after numerous stays) my dogs bark & whine all happy & excited when I pull up to the place & actually pull on their leashes to get in. My girls barely look back at me to say goodbye when I drop them off. The dogs are clean & happy when I pick them up. They don’t stink like drool (or worse). The place is very clean.
I love that you can add on walks & other services to the stay. I always have my dogs get the ½ hour (one on one) daily nature walk. Even if they don’t really need the exercise (because they spend the day in small dog play group) — I really want them to get that personal individual attention & alone time with a person. The staff makes sure they get fed the food I bring and are given any medications necessary. The staff also makes sure they eat (one of my girls is super picky– but she works up an appetite at Fetch n Catch with all the play– so she apparently eats without any fuss at the kennel).
The place is super clean, the hours are convenient– & the staff carefully screens the dogs that stay at Fetch n Catch (to avoid stress & conflict among the dogs, spread of parasites, etc) and I couldn’t be happier with Fetch n Catch for my boarding needs. Highly highly recommend this place!

There is nothing but good things to say about this place!!! My dog loves it!!! The employees are true animal lovers and very knowledgable. My dog comes home with new tricks every week.

We love this place… and more importantly, our dog loves it. Fetch N Catch has it all, from daycare to boarding as well as full grooming and a pool for the pooches. The owners and the staff are fantastic – you can tell they really love animals. We’ve been coming here for about two years now and plan to continue to do so as long as we have four-​legged fur children.

Fetch n’ Catch does such a great job — we’ve got two dogs, our bigger one being very anxious/​high maintenance, but she always seems to do so well at Fetch n’ Catch. They staff there are dedicated professionals and have maintained a clean, safe facility for the dogs to play/​sleep/​eat. Having two dogs, Fetch n’ Catch will allow them to share a kennel when boarded (for some reason, a few of the kennels we called before learning about Fetch n’ Catch didn’t allow that), which made us feel better knowing they were together.
On our last visit, the dogs were both on medication (nothing contagious or problematic for other dogs), and the staff was really good about giving them their regular medication so they never missed a dose.
We’re very glad we found Fetch n’ Catch, it makes it easier on both of us to know we are leaving the dogs in good hands when we are out of town.

Absolutely love this place! My 3 legged dog loves it also! She is a 4 year old boxer/​Rhodesian mix. I work a lot and I’m always on the go so as much as I try to keep her active it is always nice to have Fetch n’ catch to drop her off to for a day if I feel like she needs some more excitement in her life. The workers are so friendly and helpful. And at the end of the day when I pick my dog up she sleeps through the whole night. She is always one exhausted pup!

We have a very energetic Vizsla puppy. She loves attending their daycare and playgroups. She’s actually tired when she gets home from daycare which makes her very well behaved and makes me a very happy customer. I feel they are very trustworthy, knowledgeable and all the staff are very friendly. We also rented their space to throw our puppy her first birthday party. They even had doggie cupcakes available for purchase! I have purchased items from their retail section and found their products to be reasonably priced. We haven’t tried their pool, grooming, boarding or classes yet but this place is really turning out to be a great one stop shop with all of your dog’s needs being met under one roof.
