All around great steakhouse. Great vibe for a family dinner. There is also a place for bikers in the back, along with cornhole and other games for people to play. Stop by and try it out. Make sure to give them a Unilocal

I was in Bowling Green meeting a friend for lunch, and after we heard about the Restaurant Impossible show being there, it was a must see. Upon entering the restaurant, I really loved the décor and vibe of the place. I didn’t see it before, but the redesign was beautiful, nicely finished wood tables and wall art, etc. The first thing I noticed was lots of smoke from the kitchen area, oddly which was an enclosed area in part of the dining area. It looked and smelled like a meat sauna, they need better air circulation and ventilation, until they do I’d never go there with a date or with nice clothes. A few things made it hard to believe Robert Irvine was there, besides the décor, and I suspect these things he wouldn’t be happy about. The waitstaff was unkept. Our service was ok, that’s it. Guys with pullover hats and one with pants sagging down his underwear, yea thanks asswad, I really wanted to see that. LOL. And a female waitress with her belly hanging over her jeans and shirt not covering it. I liked the home fries, the burger was nothing special at all. Pre formed frozen patty, the Texas toast saved it a little. Nothing I couldn’t have gotten at Sonic. I glanced at the salad and fixin bar, nothing inviting or appealing about that. Pretty obvious Robert’s menu changes weren’t all in effect. I may try it again when in the area, before writing it off. With that atmosphere, it would be a shame if they didn’t have food to match. They have work to do, I hope they make the changes I know were suggested.

Terrible service; waitress did not know the menu at all! Freezing cold while the beautiful fireplace sat with wood but no fire! New menu is very limited.

Friendly staff. Everyone knows everyone here. Visit them on Sunday nights for their Blues Jams. We split an entrée and get the salad and potato bar. Meals have always been good.

We searched Bowling Green for 30 minutes for a place to eat on a Sunday night. We stumbled on Wah Bah and I was very impressed. Interesting that we could split(between the wife and I) an awesome tasting 16 rib eye(medium rare) with all you can eat salad and potato bar for $ 30. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. I said to my wife that I wish we had a place like this back in Utah. I even gave a $ 15 tip.

The food is very sub par. I did not feel it was worth the price. On weekends there is much more of a bar atmosphere. The setup of the restaurant is interesting, with the giant grill being in the middle of the dining area. With that comes the lingering smoke in the air as well as the smell. Sad to write I did not enjoy my experience there. With that being said, If you go, order their potatoes and onions.

1.5 stars for service 2.5 stars for food The place was pretty much empty for prime lunch time, noon on a Friday. No one was there to greet us as we came in so we just sat at the bar. It took about 10 minutes to get a drink order since there seemed to be no official bartender. After we got our drinks we had a look over the menu. The staff were completely absorbed in their own conversations with each other. I noticed that one waitress was repeatedly apologizing to her tables for their«wait» which blew my mind since the place looks as though it had max capacity of an easy 100+ ppl and only had about 15. After waiting another 20 minutes my partner finally grabbed someone to just get an order to. The food came out pretty quickly. We shared the 6 slider meal and paid the extra $ 1 upcharge to get the grilled potatoes instead of the two handfuls of ruffles potato chips that comes with the meal. The sliders weren’t anything special; patties smaller than palm size with a quarter of a slice of cheese on each one. There is a condiment bar to put whatever you’d like on it. I think the best part of the place were the grilled potatoes. They were a good portion, nice seasoning, with some grilled onions mixed in. All in all, I might consider giving the place another try at a more popular time when the waitresses seem to care more about serving people than the latest gossip.

Worst service on planet earth. Rude and unhelpful staff. Poor quality food. Warm beer. Avoid like the plague.

I was uncertain about this restaurant initially because of a previous review. As it turned out the reviewer was reviewing a different restaurant. The Wah Bah Steakhouse was the chosen site of the 2012 Barn Raising II Steak Off. The restaurant had provided two long tables for our group right in the front of the restaurant. The menus had a number of different steak specialties & a limited number of seafood options. I ordered the beef tenderloin tips with mushrooms & onions. The plate arrived with a few small pieces of meat in a swirl of onions & mushrooms. The rest of the plate contained a large piece of Texas Toast. Not exactly what I had been anticipating. Fortunately I wasn’t very hungry that night. Two people in our group were doing the steak off. The steak off consisted of eating as much of a 50oz steak as they could in an hour. Wah Bah does not normally offer steaks that large but was able to accommodate our group. The 50oz steaks were $ 45.00 apiece! Service in such a large group is usually hit or miss but our server Christy was very prompt with drink refills & getting our meals out of the kitchen quickly. I’d like to go back & give their filet mignon a try.
