Always have a great time when going to The Great Escape when either trading items in for cash, store credit, browsing, side walk sales, or other numerous things. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

A great store with a fluid, but limited, selection of products. This review is written from the perspective of a retro video game collector. Value: 5⁄5 — They base their prices on current market value and always try to beat the trend by at least a few cents. In addition, Manager’s Specials and 20% off storewide sales are common. Selection: 3⁄5 — Not many games at any given time, but they are constantly bringing in new stock and rotating product. Might be worth it to visit once or twice a week. Staff: 5⁄5 — Always friendly and ready to have a conversation about your hobbies/collection. Unable to strike a bargain, but with their value it doesn’t make a difference. Location: 3⁄5 — Plenty of parking. Bathrooms are under lock and key and leave something to be desired. Organization is there, but not perfect. Games are often separated and delegated to 2 or 3 different sections of the store.

A must stop on any trip through Bowling Green. I frequent the Nashville locations multiple times a week, and the Bowling Green location is the same fun type of collectible treasure hunt as the other locations. Parking is easy in the big, open Kroger shopping center. This is right off the interstate too, so it’s so easy to stop by. Staff here is nice as any of the GE locations. Store is always clean and has awesome stuff.

Staff is nice and very helpful. Record selection isn’t the greatest but there are enough in stock for a digging session. They have great deals on used and new comics/graphic novels. Worth a stop if you are in town and need something to do.
