Co Nails

Their sign says Walk-​ins Welcome. You are welcome to walk in and then they tell you they won’t have time for you and can you come back some other time. (I left work early to be there before 4pm). NO I CAN’T COME BACK ANOTHER TIME! I get my hair cut at Gr**t C**ps because they accept walk ins and they accomodate them in a very reasonable time. If I wanted to get something done «some other time» I would make an appointment. I will not be going back there.

Updating my review as the last time I reviewed the place was under different ownership. Have now been here twice with the new owners and this past experience was one I’d rather forget. Two employees working in the evening and multiple people waiting. I waited 30 mins in the chair to get a pedicure. I wanted my natural nails painted, basically a french style but with pink tips… absolutely hate them. The gentleman was in such a rush that the shape he gave my nails is not satisfactory and had to have him fix it a bit. Then painting them I yet again was not happy and had him fix things. Walking out I wish I never went in! Probably will not go back and will drive to another place I think is better just not local.
