We have been here 4 times so far. 1 time was for a birthday. Though I was disappointed with the staff at the birthday party, I was impressed with how clean the gym was. For the open play we have gone twice. Once was Monday morning and no one was there. The young man check us in was very nice. The second time was Friday while kids were out of school. Everyone was so nice and there was staff in there to help. Even the older kids played nice with my 19 month old. The only reason why I gave 4 and not 5(really should be 4.5) is because the one trampoline is up high and has no net. The second reason is because some of the equipment like the balls or bouncing ponies are flat. Other then that everything is awesome. Hula hoops are available, running trampoline, balance beam, tunnels, large building blocks, rope to swing or climb. I will be going back for more open gym time with my daughter.

This review is about our experience during the winter break camp. We chose this location based on a recommendation from a friend. First, fair warning there are alot of steps to walk up to the front entrance and the handicap entrance in the back isnt’ well marked. The facility is spacious with lots of gym activities for the kids. When we arrived all of the items for sale in the lobby were very distracting and we couldn’t find anyone to help us. There were kids in the gym area but we saw maybe one camp attendant and there were easily at least 10 kids in the room. Finally we saw a lady at the front desk who signed us in, checked us off a list and pointed to the direction of the gym. We later learned she was the manager. She wasn’t that friendly or at least no kid friendly. We stayed a few minutes to make sure our child was comfortable and left. Later their grandmother went to pick them up our child was playing off to the side by themselves on the floor with a cut on the top of his foot. When we asked them what happend no one seemed to know and the few camp instructors who did answer said he arrived with the band aid. When questioned why they didn’t call the parents no one responded and neither did the manager who sat and watched the whole conversation. We will not be taking any of our kids back here. While the kids seem happy the supervision seems sparse at the camp and management wasn’t that responsive. Although we paid for a few more days of camp we decided it wasn’t worth the risk to let our child go there considering his 1st day there. Just know, no camp fees are refundable.

My review is only for the open gym because my kids haven’t taken their gymnastics classes(although I’ve heard they’re excellent). Open gym is an hour long and the kids can play around on trampolines and other fun things. Good way to get kids exercising. Probably better for younger kids(6 and below). My older kids only enjoy open gym when the back part is open too(during school holidays).

Went for open gym during the holidays. At the 10 am open gym there were only a handful of parents and toddlers. The gym is incredibly spacious with lots of great toys and play equipment strewn about. It seems a little disorganized and we saw hardly any staff(except the camp staff). In general it was very clean and my 2 and a half year old absolutely loved it, and was occupied for the whole hour($ 7 per child). His 1 and a half year old playmate loved it as well. I can see school age kids enjoying themselves too. Great for wintery days.
