I tried for over a week to schedule an appointment to clean my windows for an Amazon Local deal. I called at least 5 times and wrote them an e-​mail. Unless the anonymous caller who tried to have a conversation with my answering machine once was someone from the company calling me back, no one EVER called to schedule an appointment nor did they answer my e-​mail. Thank goodness Amazon Local has agreed to refund my money.
