If you need a lot of frustration, deceit, and lies in your life then by all means, use this company. My furnace would not reach the desired temperature before shutting down so I called American Home Shield and requested service and they sent Peoples Mechanical. The technician/​owner arrived promptly. He attempted to repair the furnace but couldn’t. He returned two days later and worked 1.5 hours and the unit still didn’t work. The owner said the the unit was fixed but, while he was standing at the thermostat, we both noticed that the furnace still didn’t work. He said that it would work later and abruptly left the house literally running out of the front door. Needless to say, the unit never «started working» I called Home shield and forced them to send another contractor who found that the entire furnace needed to be replaced. Never use this company. It’s not worth the frustration.

I bought a Home Owners Warranty on a home that we purchased. I haven’t bought a Warranty before because I generally do not like the contractors that they choose to perform the service– I prefer to choose my own. I did check the Better Business Bureau and saw that this business had a very good rating, so I was hopeful that they would be good service providers. The owner, Golden, was on time, explained everything to me in simple language and obviously takes pride in his work! He is a veteran, learned his skill in the military, very precise and attention to detail. I am happy to recommend People’s Mechanical… you won’t be disappointed!
