They have 2 offices… I’m currently at the location off of Mitchellville Road. I like that at least one of the doctors here suggest non-​prescription treatments for health related issues. But give me a break on all this waiting & customer service… It seems to be lacking in some black doctors offices…

I DO NOT like being lied to… I have gone to Dr. McKoy for a few years. But within the last couple of years, no matter if I am a walk in patient or if I made an appointment, Dr. McKoy’s office would STILL charge my insurance company Emergency Room fees (as if I went to the hospital!)!!! When I approached them with the in appropriate fees (I did not have my insurance letter), but they denied any charges of such. I went to visit them again after asking about their billing routine, thinking «maybe it was a mistake». Well, I guess the mistake was on me because the doctors office charged me again as if I went to the emergency room (this tripled the amount I should have paid for a visit!). Thank goodness I did not have to come out of pocket… But if your insurance do not cover your entire doctor’s visit, you definitely don’t want to go to this doctor… HE WILL ROB YOU!
