I took my sister to get our nails done as a Christmas gift. Had to wait for the woman at the desk to get off the phone. They got started on my sisters toes right away while I picked out colors. Meaning I didn’t have her opinion but also she got done faster. We didn’t see each other the rest of the time we were there. I got gelish. No designs. She got acrylic French tips. She waited under the lamps while I paid. I waited with her and they never came To tell her she was finished. So we ended up leaving. Apparently they weren’t not done because they started to smudge. They turned yellow in one day. They didn’t hVe any shine. I wanted to rip them off of her. Considering I spent $ 156 for us to have them done… They could have been a lot better to us. We went late and were two of maybe four people in the salon.

Had Ashley she gave me the deluxe pedicure and it was truly a heavenly experience all the other reviews on here are wack if they are complaining. A girlfriend gave me a gift certificate and I am so glad she did. I live in Silver Spring but will be back

I will never ever ever come back here. My mom and I went on Saturday(she was visiting from out of town) and I decided to treat us both to a pedicure and I needed a fill… Long story short. she cut my cuticles during my pedicure AND with the nail file thing while doing my nails. She proceeded to tell me that it burned because of the gel that she needed to file off… ummmmm NO, it burns/hurts because you cut my cuticle!!! One of my nails was broke, so she had to «mold» a new one. and it looks COMPLETELY different from all of the others… don’t even get me started on the nail polish job that she did. it legit looks like my 3 year old Goddaughter painted my nails– all outside of the lines. and it was gel polish, which isn’t as easy to remove from the sides of your fingers… She asked me if I liked them and I said no… but I did not have the tolerance to endure that again. and I was scared that she would butcher my cuticles again with that file when removing the gel… Let’s fast forward to the payment, the lady at the front desk charged me(the wrong price) and then could not explain to me where she got the pricing from and why she charged me the amount that she did… If you are working the register, handling cash, and handing out receipts, you need to be able to explain why you charged a customer for a certain line item on their receipt… so yeah… never again.

I’ve had my fair share of pedicures. $ 38 later after getting the basic pedicure, my feet don’t feel very soft. The massage wasn’t great either. Won’t be going back.

I literally had the worst waxing experience of my life at this location this week. I returned looking for Ashley(who was great), only to find out that she had left. I decided to give it a try anyway and was escorted to the back spa room my a new, middle-aged lady. What should have been a 20-minute service, lasted MORETHANHOUR! She had absolutely no idea what she was doing and had no technique whatsoever. It was so bad that, at one point when she left the room, I looked down and was nearly traumatized by what she had done so far. I attempted to clean up as much as possible MID-SERVICE, with the full intent of going directly to another shop to have them clean up and fix where she left off. As I was beginning to dress again, she re-entered with another technician(Mimi) who apologized and begged me to stay so that she could fix it. I didn’t want either of them to come near me, but I was stuck(literally, and figuratively). The new lady was obviously more skilled and took care of me in record time. I told her that the lady who started(who was still in the room, mind you, now LEARNING how to actually do a wax with a REAL technician) must not be certified. She said nothing to that, only promised that I would get a discount. The horrible lady who had me first just apologized. Once my horrible waxing experience was completed, the end result was ok, but I seriously felt like Theon Greyjoy after a serious bout of brutal torture! They had the nerve to try and only give me $ 10 off, at which point I asked for the manager. The manager came out and I told her everything that happened, including the fact that I was convinced that the lady did not have license since she did not know what she was doing. Such a serious accusation, you would expect the manager to say, «No! Of course she does!» Instead though, she didn’t say anything, which just confirmed my belief. I told her that she should wave the service altogether since it was horrible, but of course, horrible service begets more horrible service and she would only give me half off. In the interest of getting the hell out of there, I paid it and gave her an earful. I am not quite sure who I should report this location to, but I am going to research and find out. NOONE should have to go to a spa and get a technician who is unlicensed and doesn’t know what she is doing. Truly, truly horrible. I will NEVER be back!

The service fees are a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Tina was great. It’s best to go on a ‘slow day’ like today(Sunday).

I like this nail salon versus other area salons simply because of the attempt at a spa feel. the pedicure area in particular is my favorite. this place is a tad pricey but I actually don’t mind paying a little more for a more tranquil experience during a pedicure! The receptionist could stand to be a little more professional in my opinion.

Why is it so hard to find a relaxing place to get a pedicure in PG County? I came in here with a bit of hope, and well… I won’t be back. The receptionist was hanging out on the couch watching Everybody Hates Chris, and returned to watch as soon as she was done talking to me. How professional. My pedicure didn’t include the«hot towel» as listed in the description, and my technician kept smacking each foot when she was done, to let me know to switch feet. Are you forreal? She also kept staring at me, asking where I was from, and then proceeded to be extremely shocked, probably at the fact that I was Vietnamese and wasn’t doing my own pedicure somewhere. She handed me a list of different pedicures and asked if I wanted to upgrade, and was pleasantly surprised when she didn’t scoff at my basic pick or coerce me into something«deluxe» which a lot of nail technicians tend to do. I didn’t pick out a polish beforehand, and apparently their polish is lined up in a small row, spread out across 4 different small walls. It sounds like a lot of polish, but picture about 10 bottles on each wall. The massage lasted about 3 seconds, the tools she was using came out of a big basket, and he polish job wasn’t great. Oh, and the pedicure was $ 30. The technician gave me her card, probably because I gave her a good tip.(I kept smudging up the polish –__-) But needless to say, I won’t be back, and I’ll keep searching PG for my spot. It boggles my mind that you can get an amazing pedicure for the same price at several places in Montgomery County.
