I needed my snow blower belt replaced as it had burned up and needed to get the machine working before the storm hit. They got me hooked up and not a moment to soon. I can see what the other reviewers are saying in that they are a bit gruff and could stand to get a sense of humor but hey they are mechanics and got my problem taking care of. Price was about what I was expecting, heck they could of hit me with rush charge and I would have gladly paid it as I should have had this fixed last year when I new I needed it fixed.

Once is enough for me. Took my Stihl trimmer in because the line wasn’t advancing properly when tapped on the ground. This business is listed as a Stihl dealer, so I thought they would be able to help me. Dropped it off on a Saturday and the lady behind the counter told me there was no one there too look at it. Later the next week, I got a call telling me it was ready. When I went to pick it up, a gentlemen was there. He brings me the trimmer and I can see that new line had been put on it. I asked if they found out what was wrong and he said the line that was in the trimmer was not the right size. I told him it was the correct size and the it was Stihl line that I bought when I bought the trimmer. He then told me he had no idea why it wasn’t working right. So, I got charged $ 30 to have the trimmer restrung, something I could have done myself for free since I have nearly an entire package of line at home. This was enough of an experience to tell me I never need to go back.

Unprofessional with a total lack of customer service — Attempted to purchase a belt for lawn tractor and was advised that it was not in stock but would be brought up from their other location by the following Friday. Advanced payment was NOT requested. Walked into location early on Saturday and the desk personnel could not locate the belt. Another staff member walked out from the back and inform the other staff member that he had sold the belt the previous day. There was no apology, no immediate offer to have the one belt remaining at the other location brought up quickly, just an accusation that I should have paid for it in advance. When I asked for the part number, I was advised that they would NOT provide me the part number even though it was on the screen in front of them. Customer lost!

Bad communication, lack of respect and high prices. I took a small item in for repair due to lack of starting. They charge me over $ 100 to disassemble and clean the bad gas out. Fine, i’ll do better next time. A few weeks go by and I attempt to use the equipment and it won’t start again. They pull it apart with no charge for labor and find my carburetor needs to be replaced due to worn items. WHAT? You didn’t see this when it was in a few week prior? I hadn’t used the item since I picked it up. Also they never called me the first, second or ever to say the status of my equipment. They seemed to wait for my call. They also never called for my approval when they want to charge me for a new part. I’ll never deal with these folks again.
